My name is Natasha Bobb-Semple. I have been a therapist for over twenty years. I enjoy doing this work and am passionate about people recognizing their worth and that is the underpinnings of what guides my therapy. My goal with clients is to first find out what you are looking to achieve and then help give you the tools necessary to get there. My approach is direct and interactive. I realize that therapy is difficult and I want clients to feel comfortable in the space.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session consists of me doing ant intake to learn more about you. That entails me learning about what brought you to therapy, your background and your relationships.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have a direct and friendly approach. I believe that my clients feel comfortable and supported in our sessions. My approach is honest and nonjudgmental but also caring. I believe that my clients feel safe to be open and vulnerable which is what is needed to do the work. I provide safety to be open in therapy. Sometimes the therapeutic space is the only place that clients can feel safe and I think I do a good job of providing that, which results in clients being able to do the work they need in order to achieve their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am here to serve clients who are looking to explore the things that may be holding them back from achieving their goals whether it is in relationships or professionally. I want people to recognize their worth and to assist them in finding their purpose. If this is your first time to therapy I am here to help you within journey to discovering more about yourself and navigating the choppy waters of life that we all face.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have utilized CBT in my practice for over 10 years. I find that it is often the case that people first have to recognize that it is in their thinking that the problem is created so it is necessary to begin to change the negative narratives in order to being the work.
