I am a down-to-earth and collaborative therapist who believes that the foundation of effective healing is a genuine, honest connection. I prioritize creating a transparent environment where you feel heard and respected, allowing us to work as true partners in your mental health journey. My approach is grounded in the belief that therapy is most effective when it is practical, straightforward, and focused on your unique reality. In our sessions, I value honesty and the identification of healthy, realistic goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), where we work together to uncover the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying irrational thinking patterns and challenging negative self-talk, we can begin to reframe your narrative in a way that serves your growth rather than hindering it. I understand that starting therapy can feel like a significant step, which is why I focus on providing a non-judgmental space where we can tackle challenges at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, daily stress, or life transitions, my goal is to provide you with a functional toolkit of strategies you can use long after our sessions end. Together, we will move toward a more balanced, resilient, and fulfilling life.

I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the emotional weight of caregiving, relationships, and work stress. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward — and together we create space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and build tools that actually fit your life. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen self-compassion, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic. I strive to create a space that is nonjudgmental, affirming, and supportive of your unique story

My approach is reflective, relational, and culturally attuned. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (6+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” helping clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I use evidence-based and trauma-responsive approaches tailored to each client’s needs. My primary modalities include Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems-informed interventions, and psychodynamic therapy. My EMDRIA certification is currently pending. I also have extensive experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure-based interventions, mindfulness, and other integrative approaches. I modify interventions to support neurodivergent clients and individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, recognizing that therapy should adapt to the client and not require the client to adapt to therapy. I provide virtual therapy using an integrated, whole-person approach that focuses not only on navigating difficult periods, but also on maintaining progress, building resilience, and supporting long-term mental wellness. Therapy can be both restorative and preventative, and I work with clients across all stages of that process. I treat a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, personality-related patterns, and life transitions. My clinical background includes experience with higher-acuity and complex cases—such as forensic populations, individuals in psychiatric settings, and those managing co-occurring mental and medical conditions. While my current practice is fully virtual, I am comfortable addressing difficult or sensitive topics and provide a space where clients can speak openly without hesitation. My approach is direct, engaged, and collaborative. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships and creating a setting where clients feel understood and supported. I recognize that progress is not always linear and work consistently with clients through both setbacks and growth. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic and practical and am focused on providing immediate alleviation and crisis resolution to my clients via powerful cognitive/behavioral tools which I use daily in my practice. I am a simple person and my approach is formal and respectful, however, I use respectful/sensitive humor and levity therapeutically when appropriate as I believe it is a major part of my method.

Hello I'm Sonja — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. My path to this work wasn't a straight line and I think that makes me a better clinician. I started with a career in corrections in Arkansas, where I learned early on how to connect with people in difficult circumstances without judgment. That experience shaped how I show up in the therapy room to this day. I transitioned into mental health as a psychiatric technician, working directly with all age groups across inpatient and community settings; providing direct care, facilitating group therapy, and delivering individual therapy during my internship and later as a registered clinician with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. By the time I became fully licensed, I had accumulated nearly a decade of real-world clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in behavioral health..

Hi, I’m Andrea, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist originally from Costa Rica. I specialize in working with young children and their caregivers, helping families navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges with greater confidence, connection, and understanding. Many of the families I work with are feeling overwhelmed by frequent meltdowns, anxiety, behavioral concerns, school difficulties, or the lasting effects of stressful and traumatic experiences. My approach is rooted in the belief that children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and connected to the important adults in their lives. Rather than focusing only on a child’s symptoms or behaviors, I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to strengthen relationships, build emotional regulation skills, and create lasting change within the family system. With specialized training in trauma, attachment, play therapy, and PC-CARE, I provide an integrative and family-centered approach that supports both children and their caregivers. I am known for being warm, engaged, and deeply invested in the families I work with. I strive to create a supportive space where parents feel empowered and children feel seen, valued, and understood. As a bilingual therapist and someone who understands the experience of navigating different cultures, I bring cultural sensitivity and curiosity into my work. My goal is to help families move beyond survival mode and build stronger, healthier, and more connected relationships.

I'm Stacie, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As an LMFT, I approach therapy from a systemic perspective, which means I look at the bigger picture of your life and consider how your relationships, family experiences, and environment may be impacting the challenges you're facing today. While understanding the past can provide valuable context, our work is centered on helping you apply those insights in the present so you can move forward to healthier patterns, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life. Note: **currently not accepting new couple's at this time due to being at capacity for couple's therapy, however I am still accepting individuals for individual therapy. I will update when I am accepting couple's again, thank you!**

I also incorporate recreation and experiential activities to actively build on your inherent strengths. Beyond our sessions, I am dedicated to helping clients cultivate robust, sustainable support systems to ensure their growth and healing continue in their everyday lives.
