I utilizes a variety of techniques and skills drawn from recognized therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, DBT, Psychoeducation, Play Therapy, behavior modification, mindfulness and relaxation.

I believe in working in partnership with clients, utilizing their strengths to help them sort out their challenges and achieve their goals. I realizes how important it is to identify all aspects of an individual’s life that impact their well-being.

I believe in working on present day issues while exploring how past traumas and behaviors may be impacting you currently. Every session is intentional towards addressing your specific mental health symptoms while also allowing space for you to address any stressors in your current life.

I work best with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship stress, identity questions, or the lingering impact of trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking a space that is grounding, culturally sensitive, and non‑judgmental. I especially enjoy supporting clients who are motivated to build healthier coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and create more stability in their daily lives.
