New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and couples navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative. I help clients gain insight into patterns that may be holding them back while developing tools that create meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, your goals for therapy, and what changes you would like to see in your life or relationships. My goal is to create a comfortable and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll also discuss how we can work together moving forward and what approach may be most helpful for your needs.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My approach combines empathy with practical strategies that help clients create meaningful change in their lives. I focus on helping individuals understand patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and relationships while developing tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions more effectively. I work collaboratively with clients so therapy feels supportive, productive, and focused on real-life progress. Many of my clients appreciate that our work together balances deeper self-understanding with practical skills they can apply outside of session.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I often work with individuals who appear to have things “together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. Many of my clients are professionals, high achievers, or individuals navigating demanding careers, relationships, or life transitions. They may be experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or uncertainty about their next steps. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or better understand one another. My clients are typically motivated for growth and are looking for a supportive space where they can explore challenges while learning practical tools to move forward.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or burnout. Together we work on developing practical strategies that support healthier thinking patterns and emotional balance.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use a solution-focused approach to help clients identify strengths and practical steps toward change. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we focus on what is working and how to build on those successes.
Strength-Based
My work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective. I help clients recognize the internal strengths and resilience they already possess while developing tools to navigate challenges and life transitions.
Motivational Interviewing
I use motivational interviewing to help clients explore ambivalence and strengthen their motivation for change. This approach is collaborative and supportive, helping clients move toward goals that align with their values.
Attachment-based
I use an attachment-based approach to help individuals and couples understand how early relationship experiences shape the way they connect with others today. In therapy, we explore patterns in communication, trust, and emotional connection while working to build healthier, more secure relationships.
