My name is Sandy Hagan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of combined social services and mental health experience. I am currently licensed in the state of California, and I have been providing mental health therapy services to individual, couples, and families for more than 5 years. My dedicated work, genuineness, and passion as a clinician/therapist have been demonstrated in a variety of settings, which includes but not limited to: outpatient treatment programs, behavioral hospitals, residential treatment centers, hospice agencies, shelters, hospital settings, etc. I provide both in-person and telehealth services. I work confidently with various populations of all ages, and I am culturally competent. I enjoy helping clients who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, chronic pain/chronic illness and ADD amongst many other issues, or those who just needs someone to listen during difficult times. I honor myself on building rapport and connection with my clients and creating an environment that fosters trust, safety, connection and growth. My therapeutic style is trusting, safe, and warm. I am where you are at in your journey through these difficult times. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I enjoy my sessions, a lot of time I have no one to get my thoughts off who will be neutral and it helps me put me in a different mind set I feel it is things I know I should be doing but it feels good to have someone encouraging me to do what I know I should be doing and telling me what I feel I should hear to better myself
