My name is Heather Brown. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a therapist for 18 years and worked with a wide-array of clients in many walks of life. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will consist of a brief overview of my experiential background so you can better understand where I come from. Then we will wander through the highlights of your life so you can teach me about the story of your life so that we can figure out together ways in which I can be helpful to you on your journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have extensive trauma care experience and working with clients that have gone through a lot of stress in their lives. I am an honest, direct, authentic person who genuinely wants to be helpful to others and support them with meeting their goals.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I spend a lot of time helping people with anxiety, trauma, and depression and getting them through barriers and stress points in their lives to help them relieve pressure to better enjoy their life and meet their goals.
