I graduated from the Univerisity of Southern California with a Master’s in Social Work. I have eight years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families at the Los Angeles Unified School District and Child and Family Guidance Center, most recently in the Juvenile Justice program. I have provided clinical therapy in the outpatient and residential setting, treating trauma, anxiety, and depression. With passion, dedication, and a collaborative approach, therapy is a powerful tool that can improve the quality of life.
My goal early in treatment is to establish a relationship focused on trust, honesty, and compassion to develop a comfortable experience for my clients. Most importantly, I approach my work with kindness and warmth to create a safe space to encourage growth for my clients.
My greatest strength as a clinician is to establish a safe environment and provide the space to meet the clients need.
You may be a good fit for this practice if you’re ready to engage in meaningful, honest work toward change. I work well with individuals experiencing anxiety, navigating the impact of trauma, or feeling overwhelmed during life transitions, especially young professionals adjusting to new roles, identities, or expectations. My ideal clients are motivated to better understand themselves and their patterns, open to feedback even when it feels uncomfortable, and willing to apply what they learn outside of sessions. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but a sense of curiosity, openness, and commitment to growth can make therapy especially effective. If you’re looking for a space where you’ll be supported while also being gently challenged, we may be a good fit.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Culturally Sensitive Therapy
I take into account the client's cultural background, beliefs, and experiences to create a safe and respectful environment where the clients can feel understood and supported.
Motivational Interviewing
I utilize MI to help resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities and commit to difficult processes of change.
