Hi I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)- I'm here to listen, support, and maybe even sneak in a little wisdom along the way! I have experience (11 years) working in multiple areas including but not limited to: inner conflict, conflict with a partner, family, work and life transitions. The bulk of my experience is working with adolescents and adults (mainly adults who work in the education field/setting).

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Therapy at times can feel intimidating! In our first session you can expect brief introductions and then diving into the specific challenges/stressors. This will help us create goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Life can be tough sometimes and it can be helpful to have support along the way while you’re facing a difficult time. With adolescents and having worked in the secondary school setting for several years I have a grasp of schools systems and common current stressors that teens experience. With adults, I've worked in my private practice for years and have helped clients feel less overwhelmed and help their life become more manageable. Regardless of the client I am always honest, upfront and open minded.
