My clinical areas of specialty include individual/family counseling, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety. I specialize in treating personality and mood disorders, AD/HD, and co-occurring disorders. I also have extensive experience in career counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults. I apply cognitive behavioral approach and solution-focused brief therapy; however, I am experienced in several other therapeutic modalities.

I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less.
