I’m a certified Christian counselor with a passion for integrating biblical principles and practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges. With nearly a decade of ministry experience and five years of counseling, I specialize in supporting ministry families but also work with anyone seeking faith-based guidance. In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other, talk about what’s been going on, and make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll also go over a few important ethical and legal details to keep things running smoothly. If we decide to move forward, we’ll make a plan for how often we’ll meet and what goals we want to work toward. For clients 18 and under, the first session is just with parents so we can talk through concerns, gather information, and set goals before meeting with their child.

I came into the session, very scared and nervous because of my last interaction with my previous therapist.
