(she/her)
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? Struggling to set healthy boundaries? I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals seeking clarity, balance, and personal growth. I frequently support clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, boundary-setting difficulties, and life transitions. As a Perinatal Mental Health–Certified (PMH-C) therapist, I also specialize in supporting individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. I work with concerns such as prenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, birth-related trauma, identity shifts, and the emotional complexities that can arise during this season of life. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with tools to care for both yourself and your growing family. My approach to therapy is integrative and evidence-based, tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we’ll work collaboratively to build effective coping strategies that foster meaningful, lasting change. Taking the first step toward support can be difficult, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to begin. If you're ready, I invite you to reach out—I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater mental wellness.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, discuss the specific challenges you're facing, then determine your goals. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I am passionate about helping BIPOC women find the courage to empower themselves, by teaching them how to tackle self-limiting beliefs, set boundaries, communicate more effectively, and practice self compassion in order to have more self-confidence, maintain healthier relationships and improve overall wellness.
am best positioned to support teens, adults, and older adults of all genders who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the individuals I work with are seeking to better understand themselves, improve communication and boundaries, and develop healthier ways of coping with stress and emotional overwhelm. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and am particularly well-suited to support individuals during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into parenthood. This includes those experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, birth-related trauma, identity shifts, or simply needing a supportive space to process the complexities of this life stage. Clients who tend to benefit most from working with me are those who are open to self-exploration and collaborative work, and who are looking for a flexible, personalized approach to therapy that honors their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
Eclectic
My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities to best meet your individual needs. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I thoughtfully integrate techniques from different therapeutic frameworks—such as cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, and relational approaches—depending on your goals, preferences, and life experiences. This flexibility allows us to tailor our work together in a way that feels authentic, practical, and effective for you.
