About me

Move From Existing to Truly Living Are you ready to move beyond simply getting through each day and begin creating a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with who you are? Therapy is a collaborative process—a partnership that gives you the space to slow down, look beneath the surface, and explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we will work to identify what matters most to you and develop practical tools to help you move toward the life you want to live. I specialize in helping individuals navigate common roadblocks such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and the difficulties that can arise during periods of change or transition. My approach is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), integrated with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Reality Therapy to create an individualized treatment experience based on your unique needs and goals. Our work will focus on developing greater psychological flexibility—the ability to make intentional choices, navigate difficult emotions and thoughts, and respond to life’s challenges without losing sight of what matters most to you. I offer a safe, transparent, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where you can show up authentically, feel heard, and explore what is possible. You don’t have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. You simply have to be willing to take the first step.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good therapeutic fit. Establishing a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, safety, and mutual respect is an important foundation for meaningful progress in therapy. During this session, you will have the opportunity to share what brings you to therapy, ask questions about the process, and discuss areas you would like to address. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and developing a treatment approach that is aligned with your individual needs, values, and circumstances. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being authentic and engaging in the therapeutic process at a pace that feels appropriate for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

A Personalized Approach to Your Growth What sets my therapeutic approach apart is that therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Your experiences, goals, strengths, and challenges are unique to you, and your treatment should be too. I take an individualized, collaborative approach to ensure that our work together is tailored to your specific needs and goals. Rather than relying on a predetermined formula, we will work together to identify what is most meaningful to you, build on your strengths, and develop practical strategies that fit your life. The goal is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help you create meaningful and sustainable change.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

My experience with ACT lies in how I overcame my mental and physical life pains. Having uncomfortable moments is inevitable to all but we must embrace them and be strong fast in how we perceive, process and act on our thoughts and emotions. I will work with you as a surrogate voice in the journey of learning how to challenge your irrational thoughts and saving your energy to fight against them appropriately.
