I love helping Women thrive in Truth! I am a working Mom and Wife and I've found that having a foundation of truth is fueling. I'm grateful that I get to share truth with you through evidenced-based cognitive behavioral therapy grounded in objectivity. Tackling automatic negative thoughts, reconstructing thought distortions, repairing relationships, living more meaningfully- even in the trenches- truth gets us here! I'm so excited that you're considering therapy and I'm confident that I can help.
The first session- actually every session- is all about you! I am here to listen and see how I can help. I will likely be in a ball cap with no makeup and I may or may not have coffee. It's super informal with me, authentic and light. I am ready to listen to your story and ask a ton of questions. I'm really grateful for the opportunity to help!
We will use evidenced-based cognitive-behavioral therapy along with a Christian Worldview to challenge thoughts and explore healthy behaviors to help you thrive in relationships and life. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is one of the oldest and most trusted forms of therapy to get to the core of the issue, unravel the lies and replace them with truth.
Empathy, grace and truth are essential to who I am and I cannot wait to share those characteristics with you.

After losing my therapist, I was hesitant to start over, but Amber met me with empathy and attentive listening. She has given me the space to blossom while navigating grief, helping me work through the difficult "firsts" after my mom's passing. Through our weekly sessions, I've learned to recognize happiness again and feel more hopeful about the future. Being able to talk each week openly is challenging in the best way, and I’m grateful to have her support.

Just finished my first session and Amber and I were like two peas in a pod. Her aura was warm and she didnt even mind that I had flexi-rods in :). She listened to hear me and validated the previous therapy work I had mentioned from my previous therapist. She asked questions to support me, rather than poke holes in my story. She empowered me to have the hard conversations and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Im excited for next week.

My first appointment with her was amazing. She listened. I have been struggling to find someone who listened and understood my spiritual Christian walk. I prayed and Jesus answered. She’s such a blessing.
