Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Georgia. I am also a Florida Out of State Telehealth Approved Provider. I received my Masters from Mercer University School of Medicine and have been practicing for 7 years. I help clients struggling with Imposter syndrome, Self worth/Esteem, Anxiety, Life transitions, premarital and relational challenges on their healing journey toward holistic alignment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. Dependent on the identified challenges, you should also look forward to completing specified assessments, which help in fully understanding your narrative, symptoms, and treatment needs. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

When working with clients I am to collaborate with clients on their goals and enjoy receiving feedback on what works best for you, which helps me to tailor interventions and sessions to meet your unique needs. I utilize varying strategies, some of which are creative, to aid in the exploration of the patterns and cycles impeding on your self growth. I hope for my clients to feel safe, comfortable in session so they can have room for their authentic selves.

My treatment methods

Narrative

This model is one of the primary ones I utilize to aid in exploring the root of the challenges experienced that deeply impact a client's lived experiences. Through this process we "re-author" or work toward healing your personal narrative to invite healthier patterns/cycles.

Attachment-based

Utilizing attachment theory and providing psychoeducation to examine and process the influences of attachment ruptures in your relationships.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This method aims to reduce symptoms through exploring the connections of emotions, behaviors, and response patterns that keep unhealthy cycles at play. Understanding these components aid in reducing reactivity, anxiousness, and more!

Couples Counseling

Aimed to assist couples (premarital/dating and married) in increasing effective and healthy communication skills, processing barriers in the relationship, and working toward emotionally aligned and healthier connections.

Experiential Therapy

This method aids in clients ability to better identify emotions, emotionally regulate, and effectively understand relational and life stressors through effective coping strategies and interventions.
