Depression, anxiety and substance abuse/misuse are the areas I have concentrated on for the past 10 years. I specialize in treating PTSD, depression, wellness and life transitions, helping people reach their fullest potential. Hi, I’m Kimberly, a licensed trauma therapist providing trauma-informed EMDR therapy for WOMEN struggling with anxiety, trauma, and grief.
Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck on the inside. You might be carrying unresolved trauma or chronic stress that hasn’t responded to traditional talk therapy and are looking for a more effective, body-based approach.
I specialize in EMDR therapy, nervous-system–informed care, and trauma-focused treatment, helping clients process past experiences safely while building emotional regulation and resilience in the present. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and paced, with a strong emphasis on stabilization, safety, and lasting change.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom and a human navigating life right alongside my clients. I value authenticity, humor, and honesty, and I bring those qualities into my work. If you’re looking for a trauma-informed therapist who offers EMDR therapy and prioritizes safety, effectiveness, and genuine connection, you’re in the right place.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will actually listen—who won’t dismiss your concerns or pathologize your pain—you’re in the right place.
Maybe you're wondering if you have ADHD, autism, or anxiety. Maybe you've been masking for years and don’t know where to start. Maybe you're carrying trauma, grief, or a deep sense that something has always felt a little off. I work with people who’ve spent too long feeling misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or minimized—and are ready for something different.
You don’t need a perfect narrative. You don’t need to show up polished. You don’t even need to be sure what you need yet.
With over 11 years of experience, I specialize in working with neurodivergent and emotionally complex clients—including first responders, trauma survivors, and members of the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. I have a Master’s in Clinical Counseling, a Master’s in Forensic Psychology, and I’m currently completing a Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. I combine clinical insight with curiosity, humor, and a belief in your capacity to grow—even if it’s messy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I obtained my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University at Buffalo in 2015. Over the past eight years, I have been providing psychotherapy services to support individuals in their recovery from a wide variety of mental health challenges and trauma. I believe that providing a safe space to heal and grow is an important piece of mental health recovery, and it is something I strive to provide to each of my clients. I would describe myself as a very positive person, calm, an optimist, and creative.
I am looking forward to meeting with you!

As a proud Latinx, cisgender woman and the first in my family to earn a college degree, I understand the strength it takes to navigate multiple worlds — balancing cultural expectations, family responsibilities, and personal goals. Living with a vision impairment has deepened my appreciation for how our identities intersect and shape the way we experience life, resilience, and healing.
In our work together, I offer a culturally affirming and inclusive space where your story matters. Whether you’re exploring generational patterns, identity, or simply seeking relief from life’s pressures, I bring both personal insight and professional experience to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Let’s connect and see how therapy can support your growth and well-being.
Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) based in Berkeley CA and serving clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community mental health, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since January 2018. I received my MA in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2019, and my BA in Psychology from Reed College in 2010. I have been licensed since February 2023.
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist and work relationally and holistically. I believe all facets of life are (naturally) interrelated--relational, emotional, physical/physiological, cognitive, cultural, societal/political, spiritual, existential... I incorporate orientations, frameworks and insights from across the field: attachment-based (psychodynamic), somatic (Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience), humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt, self-psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, systems, existential, holistic/spiritual perspectives and wisdom like Buddhism, narrative, human needs perspectives like self-determination theory, communication frameworks like NVC and insights from the Gottmans, and paradigms and perspectives on social justice like feminism, analysis of power and privilege, intersectionality, intergenerational and societal trauma, psychological/emotional/verbal abuse, narcissism/scapegoating/othering etc.
I am guided by a trauma-informed approach that aims to foster empowering client-centered, collaborative, transparent and intersubjective relational conditions that I believe support people’s natural ability to experience safety, connection, and authentic actualization. My work is informed by a lifetime of deep inquiry into human needs and the complex ways familial, social, cultural, economic and biological contexts inform how they may be nurtured, supported, neglected or actively or insidiously contravened. I believe that human attachments and early life experiences, as well as structural power dynamics in social/societal systems, are typically foundationally informative to the bridge or gap between trauma/suffering and thriving in safety and connection. I think humanness and understanding of / respect for these facts, alone, can be a healing provision of therapy relationship.

Hi, I’m Norma Elia Luna, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind Sol de Luna Therapy. I provide warm, collaborative, trauma-informed therapy that integrates attachment-focused and somatic perspectives. I believe the patterns we struggle with often make more sense when we understand what they have been trying to protect us from. In our work, we may explore how past experiences, relationships, emotions, and nervous system responses continue to shape the way you experience yourself and the people around you today. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your own needs and strengths, and develop new ways of responding that feel more aligned with the life and relationships you want.

You might be reading this because you or someone else is suffering. Possibly the life you worked for is in jeopardy because of a relationship. Maybe you are missing out by staying on the sidelines. Sometimes no matter how hard you try, you keep finding yourself in the same place again and again…STUCK. You can break the unhealthy patterns. Unfortunately, you might have to experience pain and emptiness to get better. I hope that you find the support and help you need.
To change, the hardest part is starting. Reading this could be your start. You need success to build the confidence to believe you can overcome whatever has been stopping you. Part of my approach is to help you understand and make peace with your past, which provides the foundation to improve your life. While clarifying your dream and vision for your future.
As a practitioner my focus is transformation. With work and practice you can move into mental and emotional wholeness. You can live the life of your dreams! Through purposeful action, you can create the life you want. I desire to serve you as a support, coach, and guide in partnering with you into living the life you deserve.
My therapeutic practice is rooted in acknowledging your multicultural experiences and understanding how these dynamics influence your personal goals and interpersonal relationships. Coming from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed perspective, I’ll work with you as you navigate gender, social, or cultural concerns, especially those that may differ from your family’s expectations. My name is Ashley and I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated with my Masters in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2021 but have been working in the field as a Clinical Therapist since 2020.
I genuinely enjoy working with many different people, but I especially love individual therapy with clients who are a little neurospicy like me, parents and caregivers who feel burned out or stretched too thin, and people trying to heal from trauma or unhealthy relationship patterns.
I’m very trauma-informed and values-oriented in my work. I like helping clients understand the “why” behind their emotions, behaviors, and patterns while also figuring out what kind of life and relationships actually feel aligned with who they are. I often work with ADHD, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and parents of children with special needs or higher support needs.
I know therapy is not about having everything figured out. Sometimes it’s about finally having a place where you don’t have to perform, hold everything together, or explain why you’re exhausted. I try to bring warmth, honesty, humor when appropriate, and practical tools into the room while still giving you space to process at your own pace.

Hi, I'm Eliana.
I received my M.S. in Counseling at California State University, Los Angeles. I have been working in the mental health field since 2014.
I began my professional career working in both outpatient and school-based services with children, adolescence, and parents. For the last 5 years I have been working with adults (18+) through telehealth. I have been able to demonstrate true compassion, dedication to clients’ well-being, and outstanding work ethic. I specialize in treating high-level anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, infertility, and relationship difficulties. As your therapist, I tailor my approach to match the client's needs for continuous change, symptom relief, growth, and ignite personal change.
I always had a passion for therapy. I knew at 7 years old this was my calling. I went on to study Sociology in my undergraduate years and went to the University of California, Santa Barbara. I then went on to get my Master's degree in Psychology from J.F.K University and graduated in 2008. In addition to my Master’s degree, I have an added emphasis of Somatic Psychology which is: ‘the study of the mind/body interface, the relationship between our physical matter and our energy, the interaction of our body structures with our thoughts and actions’. I pull from a multitude of theories and coaching techniques.
Therapy can be long-term or goal-oriented with me. I find both have great advantages and I let the client guide me on that. I’m truly invested in our relationship and care deeply when working with clients.
I work in Private Practice and have been a Clinical Supervisor for a Non-profit in the Bay Area. I appreciate doing private practice since I can have a deep, meaningful relationship that can help empower my clients and foster change.
