Whole-Hearted Therapy Centered on Genuine Connection. Ever had therapy that feels like it drags on without any results? Research shows the Power of Connection drives roughly 60% of Therapeutic Success. My Compassionate Therapy Style focuses on Building Bridges of Trust and cultivating a meaningful connection with positive outcomes. So, how do you find the best therapist for you? That's a great question. And it's one that most people struggle with answering whether it's their first or umpteenth search. Is it the therapist him/herself, their personality, theoretical approach, or specialty? While all these factors are important, it shouldn't be your responsibility to find the best clinician; rather it's the clinician's responsibility to become the best therapist for you. I also have a particular interest in using holistic practices to help create great results for depression & anxiety disorders as well as trauma/PTSD and other mental/behavioral conditions. These include EFT Tapping, breathing/mindfulness/meditation, and Amino Acids, etc. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Addiction Counselor with nearly nine years of extensive professional experience in both mental health and addiction. Further, I have a personal background in overcoming addictions as well as several mental health and learning disabilities. Whether you're seeking help to overcome addiction, mental health conditions or career counseling, I've dedicated my professional life to becoming YOUR BEST clinician. Transform Your Mental Health Story: Break Free from disheartening therapy experiences with my Empathetic Approach. Ready for a change? Let’s connect for a video conference consultation. From the comfort of your own space, let’s start your journey towards a happier, healthier you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our initial session will focus on building rapport and becoming more familiar with one another, as strong therapeutic relationship is the key to ensure successful treatment outcomes. We will further discuss your goals and objectives for therapy: what do you want to achieve in treatment? Also we'll be discussing scheduling to ensure you have a guarantied recurring appointment day and time.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I believe that a therapist should be educated, trained and experienced in working with all types of concerns. That's why I went to graduate school for three years full-time (92 units-equivalent to some doctoral programs) and graduated summa cum laude (4.0GPA), have a diverse background of therapeutic experience and continue to remain current on the latest best practice approaches. My main focus is on helping those with mood challenges (anxiety & depression) and the conditions that cause them, because studies show these are the two most common conditions. I also specialize in working with individuals with all types of addictions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I began my healthcare professional journey in 2015, graduating in 2018. I started working in the industry the moment I commenced graduate school. I began working with children and families in foster care and progressed working with all age groups and categories from children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, families, groups, multiple crisis units including residential, forensic (parolees), a psychiatric hospital, hospice, and addiction recovery inpatient, intensive outpatient and outpatient settings. I am now in private practice as a licensed clinical social worker since January 2022. I find this work so rewarding and hope I have the privilege of working together to resolve your life challenges.
