Hello-
I'm Jenna Borrelli and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Maryland. My background is in working with individuals and families. I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and family issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, and personal growth/exploratory work. I am competent and enjoy working with the LGBTQ+ community as well.
Making the decision to start therapy is your first and usually biggest hurdle toward feeling better or making a change in your life. I tailor my approach to best fit each person's needs but draw from the following theoretical orientations/modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness practices, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology.
Whether you're dealing with being overwhelmed, relationship issues, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. My ultimate hope for all my clients is that they develop deeper self-knowledge, compassion, and develop skills so that they are able to lead more fulfilling and authentic lives. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome or better manage the challenges in your life.
Hello, my name is Sang Wu and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Alliant International University and have been practicing for ten years. I work with adults who feel stuck in their current lives, and individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression. I assist in helping them navigate crucial moments, difficult forks in the road of life, uncertain futures, and help them live their best lives.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, and the impact of trauma. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity.
My approach integrates CBT and DBT to build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication, while also incorporating Jungian-oriented insight to deepen self-understanding and meaning.
My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered, supporting lasting change, clarity, and emotional balance.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, difficult life transitions, addictions, and relationship challenges. I believe therapy is a journey inward—one that honors the mind, heart, and spirit and can ultimately create greater peace, connection, and satisfaction in life.
My work is grounded in the belief that we each have inner strengths and wisdom that can become difficult to access when we are overwhelmed by loss, change, painful experiences, or long-standing patterns. Therapy can help us reconnect with those strengths, develop new ways of coping, and move toward a greater sense of clarity and self-compassion. I sometimes think of this as reconnecting with our Best Self—rediscovering the qualities within us that allow us to live more authentically .
I hold a Master of Arts in Spiritual and Counseling Psychology and have trained in grief and loss, community mental health, psychiatric settings, and addiction treatment as well as maintaining a private practice. I am committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where clients can explore what is difficult while also discovering their capacity for growth and change.
My approach is integrative and relational. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns; mindfulness and acceptance-based practices to cultivate present-moment awareness and self-compassion; and existential/spiritual perspectives to explore meaning , authenticity and purpose.
Therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we make space for your experiences, your relationships, your losses, and the transitions you are facing—while honoring the wisdom you have gained along the way. Whether you are seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating a significant life change, or simply wanting to feel more connected to yourself and your life, therapy can offer an opportunity to reconnect with what is strong, meaningful, and alive within you.
Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you need a safe place to vent and grow? Do you struggle with depression or/and anxiety? Is there unresolved trauma or grief that impacts your daily life?
I work with clients from all walks of life, backgrounds, ages and experiences who are ready to create a life worth living. Together we will work to restore balance and harmony in your life. We'll use a whole-person approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. Through therapy, we can begin to facilitate the work of processing and healing underlying issues in your life. Together we can develop a strong foundation that can lead to long-term progress and change.
I pride myself on providing a safe and empathic space for my clients throughout their journey of self-empowerment and self-discovery. Taking the first step can be difficult, I praise you for taking the first step in self-development and prioritizing yourself and your well-being. I look forward to working with you and being a part of your overall journey.
I am known for my warm, creative, and client-centered approach and work intentionally to create safe, nurturing environments where clients feel seen, supported and empowered. I have experience in a variety of treatment modalities and will collaborate with you to identify and implement the approach that works best for you. You set the tone of the session, I will follow your lead. I will listen to you intently and empathically, validate your experiences and follow up with clarifying and/or open ended questions. I will be more or less directive, depending on what works best for you and provide psycho-education as needed/desired.

Hi, I’m Sydney! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I’m glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel vulnerable, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and have experience working in community mental health, school-based services, and private practice.
I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as you are, feel heard and understood, and explore the parts of yourself and your life that you may be struggling with. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that growth begins with feeling safe enough to be honest with yourself. Together, we can work to better understand your thoughts and emotions, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen your relationships, and build tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and clarity.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season, working through relationship challenges, or simply wanting to understand yourself on a deeper level, I would be honored to be part of your journey. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable exploring, growing, and discovering what meaningful change looks like for you.
You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are, and take it one step at a time.
Hi, I’m Ruthie.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, a second-generation Pinay, a mother, and someone who understands what it can feel like to carry a lot of different roles at once.
As a daughter, partner, mother, therapist, and business owner, I know that who we are is shaped by our relationships, our families, our culture, and the expectations we carry. Sometimes, we become so accustomed to showing up for everyone else that we lose touch with what we need for ourselves.
My work as a therapist is rooted in the belief that understanding yourself means looking beyond the individual. It means making sense of the experiences, relationships, and systems that have shaped you, without losing sight of your own agency in deciding what comes next.
I bring warmth, curiosity, and a systemic perspective to our work together. I want to understand not just what you're struggling with, but how you got here, what you've been carrying, and what you want your life to look like moving forward.
You don't have to come to therapy with everything figured out. You don't need the right words or a clear plan. We can start wherever you are.
Together, we'll make space to understand yourself more deeply, navigate the relationships and expectations that feel complicated, and explore what it means to build a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you're becoming.
You can want more without doing more. Let's make room for it.

Hi, my name is Kristy De Leon.
Are you successful at work, but unable to have success in your personal life? Have you tried the "self help" books, but finding its not helping? Do you finding yourself scrolling social media for too long? Is there a constant worry that things will not change?
