I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, mood challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation difficulties. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel truly heard and understood. I work alongside clients to strengthen emotional well-being, build practical coping skills, and develop greater insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck. By integrating evidence-based strategies with empathy and individualized care, I help clients create meaningful, lasting positive change in their lives while honoring their unique strengths and experiences.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first sessions, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin getting to know one another. I will guide you through a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment so I can better understand your history, current challenges, strengths, and the factors that have shaped your experiences. This process allows us to build a thoughtful, individualized treatment plan based on your goals and what feels most important to you. My approach is collaborative and paced with care, ensuring you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in creating a path forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths include creating a safe, trusting environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. I combine evidence-based practices with empathy and collaboration, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or emotionally exhausted and are looking for a safe space to sort through their experiences. I support children, teens, and adults who struggle with anxiety, mood challenges, anger, family or relationship stress, and life transitions. Whether someone feels stuck, discouraged, or simply unsure how to move forward, I provide a calm, compassionate environment where they can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace.

My approach includes cognitive restructuring, behavioral interventions, and skills training tailored to each client’s needs to support lasting emotional and behavioral change.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore ambivalence, strengthen intrinsic motivation, and build confidence in making positive behavioral changes. Through collaborative, client-centered conversations, I support clients in identifying personal goals and work through self-identified challenges

Psychoeducation

I incorporate psychoeducation into treatment to help clients better understand their symptoms, emotional responses, and coping strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their care. With over 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I tailor educational interventions to each client’s needs to promote insight, resilience, and long-term wellness.

Strength-Based

I utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build upon their existing skills, resilience, and personal resources. By emphasizing individual strengths and successes, I support clients in developing confidence, motivation, and sustainable positive change.

Trauma Informed Care
