Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is relaxed. We will become acquainted and start the rapport building process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Providing a supportive environment for safe transparent communication we can target the barriers you are experiencing, find the root cause and work to alleviate the behaviors and or symptoms that are distressing in your life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

It is with a whole hearted approach that I provide treatment to those that have suffered either with or from trauma. This includes Narcissistic abuse survivors, work place trauma as well as those that suffer with cluster B disorders themselves. The mindset of looking beyond the clinical diagnosis to reach the most human part of oneself to interconnect the journey of recovery beckons us.

I have had three sessions with Shay and she has been great. She is compassionate and caring, and you can tell that she takes her profession very seriously. I love how she offers faith-based therapy. It has been very helpful during the times when I am struggling emotionally. Although we have only had a few sessions, she has given me hope.
