I hold an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University. Additionally, I am certified in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Managing and Adapting Practice, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Parenting Programs.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing service to those in need. I have been providing individual therapy since 2012. I am a California native and grew up in the Los Angeles area. I am genuine, patient and experienced with a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, grief and loss, trauma.
