Hey there! My name is Jaclyn and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I earned my Masters degree from University of Phoenix and have been practicing for 5 years. Through various forms of therapy, I provide a relaxed and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their concerns. I empower clients to guide the direction of each session, tailoring it to their needs and equipping them with the necessary tools for progress. I often draw on my supportive and empathetic nature to reassure clients that they can use their therapy sessions for growth and healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

At the start of your therapeutic journey, we will begin by introducing ourselves and addressing what it is you hope to achieve through therapy. We will review intake paperwork leading us to engage in a conversation to create goals for ongoing session that best support your growth and healing. During this time, we will have the opportunity to see if my style of therapy meets your needs. If not, I can provide referrals to other therapists that best support your needs.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe my greatest strength as a provider is creating an environment for you to feel relaxed, supported, and comfortable to be yourself. My approach will, in hopes, help you as the client feel empowered to make a difference by taking charge in your own life.
