I offer a relaxed, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns at their own pace. With a supportive, warm, and empathetic presence, I help clients navigate challenges, fostering trust and empowerment in their journey toward healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

At the start of your therapeutic journey, we will begin by introducing ourselves and addressing what it is you hope to achieve through therapy. We will review intake paperwork leading us to engage in a conversation to create goals for ongoing session that best support your growth and healing. During this time, we will have the opportunity to see if my style of therapy meets your needs. If not, I can provide referrals to other therapists that best support your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strength as a provider is creating an environment for you to feel relaxed, supported, and comfortable to be yourself. Therapy isn’t about 'quick fixes'—that’s the band-aid effect. Therapy is about building a deeper relationship with yourself, understanding your needs, and creating meaningful change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients who are eager to gain a deeper understanding of themselves. I am particularly focused on those who are committed to personal growth, seeking to explore their inner world and make meaningful changes to enhance their well-being and achieve their goals. I appreciate working with individuals who approach self-reflection with curiosity and a willingness to engage in the therapeutic process authentically.
