I am licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional life phases and grief. My goals is to create a safe, non judgmental space where the client can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for change. Together we work toward a greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that aligns with your values, goals, and to be a better version of yourself.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
The first session would include any questions they may have, review forms, and to discuss their goals for therapy. I also like to discuss my approach, and what has worked in the past to reach their goals.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have worked with a variety of populations and in different settings, the one thing that has always helped, is humor. Life can be challenging at times and the one thing we do have control over is how we respond and handle situations. I meet with each client and listen to their story, hear who they are as individuals. I support them, and challenge them.

Together, we look at the hidden patterns beneath the surface that shape your relationships and the choices you make.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We look at how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. Then we challenge the unhelpful, distorted thinking patterns and improve overall functioning.
