Hi, I am Greg, You are given a safe space to discuss what you may be going through. Are you struggling with anxiety, being authentic, feeling overwhelmed or having relationship issues? Are you in a transitional period in life? Together we can identify protective factors and strengths to build upon. We can use myth, personal narrative, mindfulness and somatic exercises to address mind, body and soul. You may be nervous seeking therapy, but you deserve a guide in your healing journey. Let’s work together to walk the path.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session in an introduction and get to know each other session. I have discovered that most clients are not eager to open up in the first session. Let's build the relationship and then work through the problem.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

You can expect strength in working with defiance, communication skills, healthy relationship building and self-awareness skills. We work as a team to build a new narrative.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I believe in positive psychology and focus on what is going well for the client. What are the exception moments for the client. What is working for the client they do more of and begin to move away from what is not working is where we work together to find solutions.

Existential

As a former county social worker, I find meeting a client where they are and understanding their view on their situation is valuable. I provided the client the power to make positive changes.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

The use of mindfulness and active imagination is helpful in learning grounding skills when anxious or in a depressed mood.

Positive Psychology

There is a focus placed on what is going well for the client, all too often we begin to focus on the negative and forget on what we have accomplished.
