Are you struggling, feeling physically or emotionally drained? I am here to meet you where you are to provide a safe space to listen and help you work through the stress, anxiety, and depression that are taking away from allowing you to living the life you want to live. I have been practicing as a licensed clinician working for over ten years helping individuals and families from diverse backgrounds achieve their goals. I am happy to be here and look forward to meeting you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You can expect for me to actively listen and to develop goals and treatment plan on how we will accomplish those goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My collaborative and holistic approach to treatment is one of my biggest strengths. I believe looking at a client’s physical, mental, and spiritual health along with family and community resources can have long-lasting positive effects on a client’s well-being.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with those in periods of transition- college to career, in the midst of parenthood and navigating relationships, career to retirement, and those that are finding meaning and purpose in their lives.
