I have been practicing as a licensed clinician working for over ten years helping individuals and families from diverse backgrounds achieve their goals. My collaborative and holistic approach to treatment is one of my biggest strengths. I believe looking at a client’s physical, mental, and spiritual health along with family and community resources can have long-lasting positive effects on a client’s well-being.
I enjoy working with those in periods of transition- college to career, in the midst of parenthood and navigating relationships, career to retirement, and those that are finding meaning and purpose in their lives.

She is very kind and makes me smile because she has sense of humor. Great at giving ideas and choosing solutions to move forward when Im struggling. At times I cry a lot she is warm towards my feelings yet she gives me tips of encouargement.

We like that she has cultural affinity with one of us. She seems very fair, balanced, knowlegable, friendly. We like her gestalt, lol. She is an excellent listener and summarizer. She seemed to enjoy the challenge of working with us who've been together for 33 years, even though she is perhaps half our age. She seems professional and inspires trust. We look forward to an extended period of working with her.
