I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, applied behavioral analysis, neuropsychology, and psychoanalysis. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from one or a combination of these methodologies based on what will be most beneficial for each individual. Additionally, humanistic and Adlerian psychology have significantly influenced my perspective, shaping my practice into an eclectic framework.
I believe that there is no single ‘best’ therapeutic approach—only what is best suited for the individual seeking support. My diverse training allows me to tailor interventions to meet the unique and specific needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic experience.
I’m a 30 yr old who loves staying active...whether that’s going on runs, getting outside for hikes, or spending time at home with my cat. I love to be someone who can motivate others and serve as a strong, steady anchor during difficult times. I bring that same grounded, real-life energy into my work, creating a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to show up in. Through my own life experiences, I’ve learned how to cope with challenging transitions and navigate relationship struggles, which allows me to show up in a genuine and grounded way with my clients.
I’m passionate about helping young women navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start, just showing up is enough. Together, we focus on building self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned in your life and relationships.
Hi! I'm Rachael, an LCSW, with a passion for people. I love the work I do. I think that there is so much value in introspection and self development. I have been working with adults, teens, and families for 8 years, licensed for about a year, and am honored to be in this field. I have worked primarily with people with substance use issues, the justice involved, and those with a variety of emotional difficulties. If you are someone who comes from a dysfunctional family, has a history of self-destructive behaviors, or simply just feel like you want to figure yourself out, I am ready and willing to chat with you.
Welcome and thank you for considering me in your wellness journey. I'm Ekaete Ekpo, a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy. I bring warmth, care, compassion, and a nonjudgmental presence to our work together, tailoring therapy to your goals and the unique needs of each client. We'll build insight and practical tools.
Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 16 years of experience supporting teens, adults, couples, and families. My practice, which offers therapy in both English and Armenian, specializes in guiding clients through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and complex life transitions. I am deeply passionate about this work and believe that everyone has the potential to heal and thrive—they just need a chance and someone to truly believe in them.
Hello!!! I’m Nadia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and support.
My background consist of working with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing different levels of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance dependency and trauma. I’ve worked in outpatient settings such as treatment centers with individuals experiencing drug and alcohol dependency, the homeless population and now currently working with veterans. I focus on building strong rapport while also helping clients develop practical coping strategies.
I specialize in Men's OCD and anxiety counseling in all its forms. Using ERP and ACT (the gold-standard treatments for OCD and anxiety), combined with a humanistic approach, I build a treatment plan tailored specifically to you, starting in session one.
With nearly a decade of experience helping people break free from anxiety or OCD, I know that real progress is possible, and it often comes faster than people expect. Ready to start expanding your world?
I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth.
Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind.
Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours.
If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.
Hello, I'm Sheena.
Do you feel like life is always throwing you for a loop? Are you struggling to keep your head above water? Are we losing sight of who we are as a person?
I help individuals, families, and couples manage the demands and challenges that life brings. Together, we will identify the causes of your challenges and develop solutions to empower yourself to find life balance. You should have a safe space to openly discuss your thoughts and feelings. Treatment should not be cookie-cutter but individualized to your needs, which is focused on in our sessions. Change is a scary concept in our lives, but it is easier when you have someone with you along the journey. I'll meet you with empathy, compassion, honesty, and evidence-based techniques to allow you to work toward the goals you want for yourself. Let's go on this journey together!
I am a deeply attentive and discerning therapist that understands each person's life unfolds as its own intricate composition - shaped by rhythm , interruption, dissonance, silence, and return. At times the weight of experience can disrupt that internal continuity, leaving a person feeling fragmented, suspended, or estranged from a deeper coherence of their own life. Therapy offers a space to listen closely and differently: to what has become strained or dissonant, to where the tempo has shifted, and to what may be ready to be restored to greater clarity, resonance, and flow.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing is both relational and interpretive. Healing calls not only for insight, but for attunement to timing pattern, pacing, and emotional cadence. Each session build on the last guided by what continues to reverberate beneath the surface - an unresolved phrase, a recurring motif, an abrupt change in tempo, a silence that holds more than words. Together, we consider what has been interrupted, what has been carried too long, and what now may be ready to be reworked, integrated, or sustained with greater continuity and intention.
Ladybird Robicheau is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. Her areas of expertise include post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment difficulties, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), mood disorders, severe anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, self-harming behaviors, parent-child conflict, bereavement, adoption-related issues, and major life transitions.
Ladybird earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento in 2014. Since then, she has provided compassionate, evidence-based care in both individual and family settings, drawing upon an integrative therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Her therapeutic style emphasizes building a strong, trusting relationship founded on empathy, respect, and collaboration. Ladybird incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, and Client-Centered Therapy to help clients develop insight, emotional regulation, and practical coping skills. She believes therapy is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, where clients are encouraged to explore their strengths, confront challenges, and create meaningful change at their own pace.
Committed to creating a safe and supportive space, Ladybird strives to help clients feel understood and validated, fostering resilience and hope throughout the healing process. She works closely with clients to establish personalized treatment goals and equips them with tools to navigate life’s complexities both in and outside of the therapy room.
Originally from North Carolina, Ladybird enjoys returning home to visit and indulge in classic Southern cuisine. She is also passionate about outdoor activities such as backpacking, camping, and hiking, which provide her with a meaningful connection to nature and balance in her life. Outside of her clinical work, she volunteers as a foster parent for a local animal shelter and finds great joy in caring for animals in need.
I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to).
I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy.
My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated.
Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming.
And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

So, how do you find the best therapist for you? That's a great question. And it's one that most people struggle with answering whether it's their first or umpteenth search. Is it the therapist him/herself, their personality, theoretical approach, or specialty? While all these factors are important, it shouldn't be your responsibility to find the best clinician; rather it's the clinician's responsibility to become the best therapist for you.
I also have a particular interest in using holistic practices to help create great results for depression & anxiety disorders as well as trauma/PTSD and other mental/behavioral conditions. These include EFT Tapping, breathing/mindfulness/meditation, and Amino Acids, etc.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Addiction Counselor with nearly nine years of extensive professional experience in both mental health and addiction. Further, I have a personal background in overcoming addictions as well as several mental health and learning disabilities.

I am passionate about helping clients be the best version of themselves. Welcome! I'm Mia Grajeda-Willard, LCSW. I am the proud spouse of a Marine Corp. veteran and the granddaughter of a World War II veteran. These amazing humans are proud of their military service and the legacy it provides their families for generations to come. While that is true, what is also true is that transitioning from military life back to civilian life was a struggle for them, as I know it is for many veterans and their families.
I have committed my career to serving those who served this country by walking alongside veterans, and their family members to affirm their identity, transition back to civilian life, heal from painful traumas, and reconcile ruptures in relationships that may have resulted in challenges from military life or pre-military childhood upbringings.
Choosing a therapist can be challenging and confusing and one might ask, what does therapy involve? From my experience Therapy involves developing a very special relationship between a professionally licensed practitioner called a therapist and one or more people seeking to collaboratively define and achieve constructive change. This relationship is referred to as the therapeutic bond and is considered one of the most important parts of successful therapy. As such our first step in therapy is, from day one, to form that bond by establishing a trusting, non-shaming environment where any adolescent, person, couple, or family will feel safe and sense the therapist listens, cares, responds appropriately and understands.
Therapy on my behalf will involve empathy, genuineness, and mindful acceptance while we collaboratively establish therapeutic changes / goals which you feel are both desired and are ready to work forward and achieve. Our sessions will involve the language of change as perceived by you the client(s), and constructive finding of solutions. You will be able to present your story without fear of rejection dismissal, guilt or shame.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am very effective with adolescents and young adults, and people working in the stressful world of business, hi tech and active military service members, and veterans. During my time as a therapist, I have built a reputation as a caring, effective therapist who has my client’s best interests at heart. If you feel a connection or that contacting me could be of value, I would be very happy to hear from you. Until such time I wish you the very best in your quest.
Sincerely,
Mike

Hello, I'm Samantha a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual therapy to adolescents and adults throughout California and Oregon. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress, navigating life transitions, and coping with anxiety.
Life can feel overwhelming at times—whether you’re adjusting to a new role, facing uncertainty, or dealing with persistent worry. You don’t have to navigate it alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe therapy works best as a partnership—one where your voice is valued and your experiences are respected. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you and identify practical, realistic tools that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. Because no two individuals experience stress or anxiety in the same way, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs.
I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build the confidence needed to move forward with intention. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers—it’s about creating space to grow, heal, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Hi, I’m Sandy. I have a passion for working with children and teenagers who are facing challenges in school, dealing with anxiety, depression, anger issues, peer relationships, or family struggles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. You don’t have to go through this journey alone. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore strategies to help navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m excited to work with you and help you achieve the growth and change you're seeking. I look forward to meeting you!
I’m Dr. Kim, a licensed clinical psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings, spending most of my career in public service. After many years of serving families and leading mental health programs, I’m excited to bring that experience into my private practice and create a space where clients can feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood.
My own journey has taught me something important about taking meaningful steps forward. I grew up on a small dairy farm in Eastern Canada, where I spent my summers throwing hay and running barefoot through the fields. After discovering psychology during my undergraduate studies, I took a leap of faith and moved across the country to British Columbia for my Master's degree—my first time ever on a plane! A few years later, I made another big leap and immigrated to California to begin my career in public service. Years later, I returned to school for my doctorate in clinical psychology, completing that journey in 2020 and becoming a licensed psychologist in 2025.
I share this because I understand that meaningful change often requires courage, even when we aren't entirely sure where the path will lead. I believe therapy is a place to explore that path together. I am warm, caring, honest, and nonjudgmental, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories. My goal is to help you understand yourself and your relationships more clearly, get unstuck, and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and meaningful.

Hi, I’m Raeven.
I specialize in helping people navigate the 'in-between' stages of life—those times when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in a cycle of anxiety or depression. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I provide a collaborative space where we move past just 'getting by' and start building a life that feels grounded and authentic. Whether you’re battling burnout or a major life shift, I’m here to ensure you walk away not just feeling supported, but equipped with the practical tools to reclaim your voice and handle whatever comes next.
Hi, my name is Gerald Anderson. I am a licensed Therapist in California, an LMFT. I have worked as a therapist for a long time. Helping people from many diverse back grounds. I have worked with couples, individuals, and children, helping them to have the support and the tools to process and work through their problems, marital conflicts. I have also worked with drug involved individuals, who are in recovery and I am familiar with the 12 step process.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
Im dedicated to helping people navigate life's more complicated emotional terrain with greater clarity, stability, and self understanding. I believe therapy should feel like a connection first. The therapuetic relationship matters, and I work to create a space where clients feel genuinely seen, respected, and supportd while also challenged toward meaningful growth. My approach is collaborative, compasssionate, and practical. I integreate evidence-based practices including DBT, CBT , mindfulness, attachment -focused work, and trauma informed care to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, regulate emotions, and better understand long-standing patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
I have worked with adults, teens and their parents and couples to improve their communication, emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. I am interested in teaching people skills that are effective to help them to communicate their wants and needs in an effective way.
Please note that while I do couples therapy I can NOT bill insurance companies for problems in the relationship. If you would like to have couples therapy it will be $200 cash pay per session.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and other proven therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
I understand how overwhelming anxiety can feel and how much courage it takes to seek help. My goal is to empower clients to face their fears, reduce distress, and move toward a life that is guided by their values rather than their anxiety. Whether you are struggling with intrusive thoughts, excessive worry, appearance-related concerns, or compulsive behaviors, I am committed to helping you achieve meaningful and lasting change.

I strive to develop a great working relationship with my clients so that they may thrive in their own lives and circumstances and feel comfortable talking to me about anything that may be bothering them. Hello! I am a License Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master of Social Work from California State University Long Beach. I received my BA in Psychology degree from California Stated University Fullerton. I have been practicing mental health counseling for 17 years. I help adolescents, adults and older adults struggling with careers, stress and burnout, traumatic life events, experiencing depression and anxiety to be able to function as normal as they can be.
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or a major life transition, it can be difficult to manage the emotional weight on your own. I specialize in working with adults, young adults, and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, women's mental health concerns, trauma, relationship issues, and the challenges that arise during life's many transitions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of criticism or shame. Together, we identify the concerns that are impacting your well-being and develop meaningful goals tailored to your unique needs and strengths.
