Do you feel like you have all the knowledge needed to make change, however you still find yourself repeating the same old habits + patterns? Do you struggle with anxiety + perfectionism and it is affecting your career and success? Do you struggle with low self-esteem and it is affecting relationships? Do you feel burnt out, stuck, overwhelmed day to day and feel like it is affecting your relationships, career, or health + wellbeing? I am here to support you in building self-awareness + learning tools to help you overcome the challenges you are facing so you can thrive. We will work together so you can awaken yourself, connect to your authentic self and live a balanced fulfilled life. I work with individuals who want to grow and heal. My passion in overall well-being allows me to focus on helping you break out of limiting beliefs + develop healthy ways of coping so that you can grow and create a life you desire. I integrate both mind + body healing tools (using yoga, meditation/mindfulness + breathwork) in sessions in order to help you unleash your potential. I honor you for your courage to show up and seek the support you are needing to help you meet your future self and thrive, rather than survive.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will engage in a conversation to help clarify what your needs, challenges and desires are. I will provide insight into the tools that we will use to support you on your journey ahead given both therapist + you believe relationship is a good fit. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share history to help provide therapist an understanding of concerns, and process informally what is presently occurring for you.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strengths is to meet clients where they are, modeling a trusting relationship. Clients express feeling as though they are held in a safe, nonjudgmental and therapeutic space, which helps them feel empowered. I am very skilled at helping a client see their blindspots so they can create the future life they desire. As a mental health therapist who uses breathwork, mindfulness practices + yoga in my work with my clients, I am able to guide my clients to help heal mind, body and spirit healing so they can unlock their potential and change their patterns of living. I believe that my own embodiment of authentic living allows my clients to have better relationships with themselves so they can experience relationships in a healthy way.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

I have cultivated a rich experience with the mind-body approach in psychotherapy. I believe and have seen a profound impact on how our mental and emotional states can have on our physical well-being, and vice versa. Integrating various modalities such as breathwork, meditation, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, and yoga has been a cornerstone of my therapeutic approach. Breathwork serves as a powerful tool to connect with the present moment, regulate emotions, and release tension stored in the body. Through guided meditation, clients can explore their inner landscape, fostering self-awareness and a sense of calm. Hypnotherapy allows for deep exploration of the subconscious mind, facilitating transformative experiences and unlocking insights that may not be readily accessible in conscious thought. Somatic practices are integral to my approach, emphasizing the mind-body connection and the importance of addressing physical sensations as a gateway to emotional understanding. Incorporating yoga into psychotherapy not only promotes physical health but also encourages mindfulness and embodiment, fostering a holistic sense of well-being. By combining these approaches, I aim to create a therapeutic space where clients can explore the interconnectedness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences. This integrative method empowers individuals to tap into their own innate healing capacities and facilitates a more comprehensive and sustainable path to well-being. The mind-body approach allows for a holistic understanding of each client, recognizing that healing involves more than just addressing cognitive processes. It includes the entire spectrum of human experience, promoting balance and harmony between the mind and body for lasting transformation and personal growth.
