I am a bilingual, Spanish and English, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I am also a clinical psychologist from Mexico City with more than 15 years of experience. My passion is to provide psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and families in a compassionate environment full of support and understanding. I offer my clients a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental space. I am a caring and kind person who will help you build a new journey of healing, learn to love yourself, and give you a sense of peace in your soul. I will give you hope from the first session.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I provide psychotherapy to families, adolescents, and adults. The common theoretical approach that I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Therapy, Culture Sensitive, and Integrative Therapy in a mindful setting. I believe effective goal setting needs to be realistic and achievable for clients; therefore, I always suggest starting with baby steps to ensure they are comfortable.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Most of the clients I have worked with have struggled with depression, anxiety, family problems, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship problems, abusive relationships, pornography addiction, and many more.
