Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from the Western Michigan University and have been practicing for 16 years. Life is full of changes and ups & downs. Sometimes you may need help dealing with all these changes. I am so glad you realize you don't have to manage all these change on your own. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I will meet you where you are emotionally in a non-judgmental manner. I provide tailored services to couples, individuals, families, and corporations. My goal is for you to be comfortable and get your needs met so you can start thriving and have the life you deserve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have over 16 years of experience and use evidence based methods to assist my clients to meet their needs. I like to build rapport with my clients to help them feel comfortable to open up and share their feelings. We then work together to create goals and a plan to help them have success in regulating their emotions, have skills to cope, have health relationships and fulfilling lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I will teach you new skills and help you think about new perspectives to manage your thoughts and feelings.

Strength-Based

I like a person centered & strengths based approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed so things should always be comfortable for you during therapy.

Couples Counseling

I like to give couples actual tools to communicate effectively, build intimacy to have a strong foundation for their relationship.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Using this evidence based method, clients will begin to have the tools manage their responses to triggers, thoughts and emotions due to traumatic experiences.
