Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of San Francisco and have been practicing for 6 years. I help adults and children struggling with mental health become a better version of themselves. I consider myself an empathetic and warm therapist. I have worked with school aged clients as well as pregnant and postpartum mothers.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I like to create a safe, empathic and supportive environment.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with clients for the past 6 years, I feel like I can create a safe and supportive environment. I like to meet client's where they are at.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with children and adults who are struggling in their lives. My clients want to decrease their symptoms, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. I also like working with clients who are coming to therapy for the first time. I like to take things at their own pace and create a safe and supportive environment.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I have been using attachment based treatment in my work with clients in a variety of ways. Our interactions with caregivers significantly influence our ability to form healthy relationships later in life

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I consider myself a person centered Clinician. I'm empathetic, non directive and have a no judgment approach .

Feminist

Working with clients I like to bring awareness in how power dynamics, gender, and social context affect mental health. My goal is to empower clients using this approach.

Psychodynamic

I like to use psychodynamic techniques to explore how a person's past influences their present behavior. I like exploring clients childhood and free association.

Psychoeducation

I like using Psychoeducation as a way to bring more knowledge to clients regarding their mental health. I believe the more we know about out diagnosis and treatment options the better we can understand mental health.
