Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters from Pepperdine University and have been practicing for 5 years. I help individuals of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or stress and empower them with the tools and strategies needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I look forward to being part of your therapeutic journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll take the time to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your current challenges, symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll start to explore how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. You’ll leave with a better understanding of how CBT works and, in some cases, a simple strategy to begin practicing right away. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel comfortable and empowered to start your therapy journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a CBT therapist, my greatest strengths lie in my collaborative, goal-oriented approach. I strive to create a compassionate space where clients feel supported, while also equipping them with practical tools to manage their challenges. I focus on teaching skills that empower clients to create lasting change, and I’m committed to continuously expanding my knowledge to offer the most effective, evidence-based care possible.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone struggling with depression or anxiety who is ready to take an active role in their healing process. They are motivated to explore their thought patterns, practice new coping skills, and apply strategies in their daily life. They value a structured, evidence-based approach and are committed to making meaningful progress over time.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) by guiding clients through a structured process designed to help them recognize and change negative thought patterns and behaviors.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I utilize solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) by helping clients identify and build on their strengths, resources, and potential solutions rather than focusing heavily on problems. It’s a goal-oriented, future-focused approach that aims to create meaningful change in a relatively short period of time.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I utilize mindfulness-based techniques to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment. This approach is especially effective for reducing stress, managing anxiety and depression, and enhancing emotional regulation.
