Welcome! With the right therapy relationship, problem solving and healing are possible. I offer patience, openness, curiosity, and expertise to help you work through your concerns and make the changes you need. During our sessions, you can expect to be listened to with empathy and compassion. I will help guide you to become the best version of yourself and to find your own voice as you work toward finding solutions.
I am psychodynamically informed and work from a strength based model. I also utilize CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), along with an eclectic approach.
Working through difficulties in relationships is my specialty. I can help you address conflict in your home, at work, with your extended family, with your child/ren or with your friend or partner. I also specialize in working with couples and individuals who are addressing infertility and are in the process of either adopting or going through assisted reproductive technology intervention.
