I provide a warm and genuine atmosphere and understand that “one size does not fit all." I'll do my best to meet you where you are and really get to know you and your specific concerns. I treat the whole person to maximize growth. Do you feel like your 'fight-or-flight' response is stuck on high? I specialize in helping clients understand the unique wiring of ADHD, depressed, and anxious brains. By exploring the science of why you feel so restless, unmotivated, or overwhelmed, we can separate your worth from your symptoms. My goal is to help you stop fighting your brain and start working with it, using evidence-based techniques that actually click for your unique mind. Therapy shouldn't be another place where you have to perform. In our sessions, fidgeting is encouraged, eye contact is optional, and your unique way of processing the world is celebrated, not 'fixed.' I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for adults with ADHD and anxiety to unmask and find balance. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths to help you navigate a world that wasn't exactly built for minds like yours. If you're tired of feeling like your brain is a browser with 50 tabs open, you’re in the right place. I help individuals with ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety and more move from 'overwhelmed' to 'organized' by building practical toolkits for time management and focus. We won't just talk about your challenges, we'll actively troubleshoot the obstacles keeping you stuck so you can feel more in control of your day-to-day life.

I want to help my clients set boundaries, learn to identify and communicate their emotions, find their power and develop their sense of self worth. I have my Bachelors in Social Work (BSW) as well as my Masters in Social Work (MSW), though I joke that I was born a social worker. I hold an LCSW license (Licensed Clinical Social Worker #118448) and am committed to the values of social work in everything that I do: service, social justice, dignity and worth of the person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.

When it comes to the valleys, sometimes it's alright to reach out to someone for a little guidance and help. Hi, my name is Ryan and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. One of my favorite parts of my own journey has been navigating the complexities of young adult life stages from college, to work, romance and beyond. But whether or not it's life transitions or just a need for someone to journey along side you during a difficult time, I am here to help.

As a veteran therapist in my 70s, I've helped hundreds get to where they want to go. I'll come along side you - not as a sage on the stage but a guide on the side. We'll work together to explore where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go - at your pace, in your style, on your own terms. I specialize in working with adults navigating through grief, failures, losses, depression, anxietym betrayals, uncertainties, setbacks, traumas, etc. I customize our sessions to your needs and wants (integrating client-centered, DBT, ACT, experiential, solution focused, and narrative modalities, from a faith-based perspective if desired). One of my life's mottos is "to see the best and to bring out the best in others." We'll explore and build on your strengths as we work towards moving from old patterns of thinking, feeling, and being that have held you back to becoming more of the best version of yourself.

You deserve to feel well and live your most authentic life. I provide tools to help you embrace a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping mechanisms, improve your mood, and thrive with increased daily functioning, self-efficacy, self-esteem, self-awareness, and authentic self-expression. When life feels overwhelming, our minds can convince us that we are alone in our daily challenges and during our most difficult times. We get used to handling it on our own. I believe there is a better way. Working with a psychotherapist who can deeply connect with where you are on your healing journey can be transformative. Transformation might look like addressing symptoms, resolving a problem, or seeking something more. By guiding you to deeper insights and clearer understandings, together, we are better able to confront the barriers that may be holding you back from the life you want to live.

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. ¡Bienvenidos! Starting therapy and meeting someone new can feel a little uncertain. For me, therapy starts with getting to know each other and building confianza, so you can feel comfortable being yourself and telling me what’s really going on. Sometimes we all need un ratito to slow down, breathe, and hear ourselves again. I’m a bilingual English and Spanish speaking therapist, the daughter of immigrants, and a first generation college graduate. My language, culture, family, and the way I was raised have shaped how I see the world and how I approach this work. They’ve also taught me to stay curious about the experiences, relationships, cultures, communities, and environments that have shaped you. I’m also a Certified Nature-Informed Therapist (C-NIT), and nature is an important part of how I approach our work. That doesn’t mean every session has to be about nature or that you need to be outdoors. We might use grounding, natural imagery, mindfulness, nervous system awareness, or find ways for you to connect with nature in your own surroundings between sessions. Sometimes it’s simply about slowing things down enough to notice what’s happening inside of you. You may be used to being the one who keeps going, figures things out, or takes care of everyone else. Maybe lately you don’t quite feel like yourself. Maybe you’re anxious, tired, going through a transition, questioning a relationship, or realizing there are things you’ve carried for a long time that you finally want to understand.

My name is Jacqueline Aguilar, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Southern California with over 10 years of experience in both mental health and healthcare settings. As a therapist, I am especially passionate about helping individuals overcome their fear of travel—whether that involves flying, visiting a new country, or taking a first cruise. In addition to this focus, I support clients in managing anxiety disorders, depression, and OCD. In my work with individuals and groups, I am compassionate, collaborative, culturally sensitive and creative. I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. As humans, we create patterns and behaviors that may no longer be helpful for us when navigating relationships in our life. This can feel stressful, helpless, and anxiety provoking. Having space to acknowledge and talk about what is happening in your life can help relieve the intensity of those feelings and can help create new patterns and behaviors.

I can integrate faith-based counseling to build resilience and hope at your request. Our sessions will be a place of safety, growth, and rejuvenation for your soul. I will meet you with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. As we build our therapeutic relationship, the process of healing and restoration will come. I cannot wait to meet you!

Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002. In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies. In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling. I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.

If you are navigating a major life transition, constantly fighting a wave of anxiety, or feeling stuck in repetitive relationship patterns, you don't have to carry it alone. You deserve a space where you can let your guard down without fear of judgment. I provide a warm, lighthearted, and deeply collaborative environment where we work entirely at your pace. Because traditional talk therapy doesn't always reach the root of deep-seated stress or trauma, I integrate evidence-based, somatic, and trauma-informed approaches—including EMDR, CBT, and Brainspotting—to help you heal from the inside out.

Hello! I’m Tiffany Winston a LCSW (licensed clinical social worker) in the state of California. I graduated with a Master's in Social Work from USC in 2008 and have a Bachelor's from Cal State Long Beach in Psychology. I have worked in school-based mental health as well as in crisis management for the hospital. I LOVE anxious people!!! Anxiety, Depression and Anger Management are my favorite issues to work with because they are typically all linked. I have taught anxiety, depression, anger management, couples communication and work stress groups in the past using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Solution Focused therapy which is my preferred theoretical perspective. I am passionate about teaching about self-care, healthy communication, learning to set boundaries and holistic healing methods that help my clients heal from the things that trigger their symptoms. My goal is to empower my clients to find solutions that work for them and make choices/decisions to create the change in the mind, body or spirit that they want to see. I love to laugh, smile and have fun with my clients to create a safe space to grow and heal. It is my pleasure to work with clients who are passionate about working together to heal from symptoms and grow with a little bit of laughter. :-) I look forward to hearing and working with you in the future.

Are you tired of the non-stop chatter in your head judging every move you make? Is the constant loop of negative thinking making you feel like you are not good enough? No matter how many times you try to talk yourself out of this—you just can't seem to shake it. You are doing all the things you’ve been told to do and yet something is missing. You feel alone. You feel misunderstood. You feel anxious. You turn to food, alcohol, Netflix, or whatever else that can make these feelings go away. You promise yourself that next week will be different. You will start the new diet or the new program, you will commit to being a new you. What if there is another way? I work with women to get this cycle can end. There can be freedom from the despair caused by believing that you are not good enough. You want a deeper connection in your relationships. You want more joy in your life. You want less stress and worry. I can help you get there. There is a different path.
