My first session is about clarity, safety, and structure. You don’t need to have everything figured out, that’s my role to help organize and guide. My job is to protect the therapeutic process and to protect the psychological process.

I am a interactive, proactive cognitive-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques from her advanced clinical military training during my years as an intern on various military base to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
