Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first meeting, we'll introduce ourselves, then I'll gather information about your present concerns, and create a plan for goals to target.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

When working with anxiety and depression, I aim to address self-deprecating statements, reframe negative thought patterns, target thoughts of loneliness, fear, rejection, and rumination. We'll look at these barriers and increase emotional regulation, resilience, identify historical patterns, triggers, generate new ideas, solutions, visualization, and develop a new narrative.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am a Mexican American LGBTQIA affirming therapist with a passion for helping people from all cultures, religions, inequities, and personal struggles. My goal is to empower all individuals to achieve happiness and find their purpose.
