My approach goes beyond surface-level talk therapy. I integrate EMDR, somatic techniques, inner child work, and attachment-based healing to help you access what traditional coping tools can’t always reach — the root of your pain.
Many of my clients struggle with anxious attachment, chronic self-criticism, or feeling like they have to “perform” for love, worth, or belonging. I currently live in Phoenix and enjoy the winters with my 4 year old daughter. I love being outdoors, gardening, running, and all things related to health and creativity. I've lived predominantly in California, including San Diego and Oxnard.
Counseling can be a place where you make meaningful changes in yourself and your life. I tend to focus on strengths and use Coaching and Positive psychology. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral therapy (DBT) can be helpful to change your thought process and develop new coping skills. EMDR and Brainspotting are both very effective for quick trauma relief. Please note I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQ community and consider myself an Ally.🌈
