Hello! I am a License Clinical Social Work (LCSW) license to do therapy in the states of California. As a social worker, my experience has involved working with a diverse groups of people (individuals, families and groups) in various settings and institutions. These settings have involved schools, homes, colleges, group homes, court, non-profits and telehealth. I currently enjoy working with individuals as a license clinician providing therapy.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, you can expect a through assessment (often referred to as a bio-psychosocial assessment). This will allow me to get an overall big picture of your life and help me understand your concern better. You can also expect to discuss specific outcomes you want to work on in therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My ability to listen and help clients self-reflect has been one of my greatest strengths. Additionally, working with each client to adopt specific interventions that work for them has been my second.
