(he/him)
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.). My approach to therapy is eclectic, drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), mindfulness-based techniques, narrative therapy, and solution-focused approach. I tailor my interventions to your specific needs, working collaboratively with you to determine what works best. My communication style is caring, empathetic, and non-judgmental. I aim to create a safe space where you feel heard, validated, and supported. Expect me to be an active listener, ask insightful questions, provide compassionate feedback, and empower you with coping skills and strategies for growth.
In our first session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and collaborate to identify your treatment goals. I will gather some background information to better understand your unique story. Most importantly, we will begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship, which will serve as the foundation for our work together.
My ability to listen and help clients increase self-awareness to promote change has been one of my greatest strengths. During my studies and clinical training, I developed a deep passion for helping others navigate life's challenges and unlock their inner resilience. Assisting others with care and instilling hope motivates me every day in this meaningful work.
I love working with individuals from all walks of life. I believe everyone desires to improve their quality of life, increase their self-awareness (cognitively) and change their behavior in a positive way for themeselves. I also recognize clients desire to improve their relationships with others. Working with clients to help improve their relationships is an area I enjoy working on.

He really understands he really cares. He really hears me out. I appreciate him and he respects my decision decisions but yet someone wants to support me. I believe I need a lot of support in my situation and he’s there for me.
