Hi, my name is Naomi Stein!
With over 25 years in the field of psychotherapy, I bring the education, experience, and skills to help you through the issues you're facing. With a vast array of modalities and techniques, I am able to guide you towards health and healing. Although my primary method of therapy is talk therapy, I often assign physical, creative, and educational homework to help advance your progress.
I do not work with any one specific group or symptom and would never want to limit my practice to one specialty, but there are several areas in which I have especially deep expertise and passion: Anxiety, Depression, Divorce, Loss and Grief, Recovery from Addiction, Empty Nest Syndrome, Anger Management, Boundary issues, Trauma, Feelings of Overwhelm, PTSD, Cancer, Aspergers, and Personality Disorders, to name a few.
You will find me deeply caring, fully engaged, compassionate, insightful, and an active listener. You will get feedback in every session, and occasionally, I will suggest "homework" to reinforce lessons learned in the sessions. Using a mind-body approach, I like to integrate techniques that reduce stress "from the bottom up," incorporating DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy) and Polyvagal Exercises. I also practice what I preach and have built a full life with friends and family, gardening, reading, outdoor anything, dance, yoga, swimming, needlepoint, scrapbooking, and hiking.
Let's get you back on track, process issues from your past, update the internal narrative, and find a way for you to feel more at peace with yourself, your life, and your relationships.
I’m a therapist who primarily works with men dealing with relationship struggles, trauma, and anxiety that’s started to affect work, family, and daily life. I’ve worked in a men’s trauma center as well as in private practice, so I’m very comfortable sitting with the heavier stuff that most guys have learned to keep to themselves. My style is direct, non‑judgmental, and very relational, think real conversation, honest feedback, and a focus on what actually helps you feel and live better, not just “talking about your feelings” for an hour.
I came to this work with a deep desire to support others on their journey toward healing and wholehearted living. My approach is a trauma informed lens that affirms client’s culture, gender identity, and strengths. I create safe, inclusive, and warm environments that are uplifting while giving space to address the challenges that are standing in the way of living your best life. I believe our work is best accomplished when we work authentically and collaboratively.
My name is Kimberly Yantuche-Hernandez and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I
work with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, panic attacks, mood
disorders, stress, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, anger and impulse control, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Managing and Adaptive Practice (MAP), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and play therapy.
I have always had a passion for helping others. My journey has included advocating for others,
volunteering in schools and the community, interning as graduate student, or working at non-
profits with the underserved, unrepresented minority population. A great part of my life has
been supporting and uplifting those around me see their capacity to strive, persevere, and
achieve. I feel I aligned myself towards a career that gave me the opportunity to continue to
help, advocate, and serve those in need of support.
My name is Paulette Chobot.
I believe that it is an honor to be a part of a person's life especially when they are being challenged by an issue. It is my philosophy that everyone has the information inside of them to heal. It is my responsibility to help them access the solutions within themselves.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I have thirty years of experience in the behavioral health field. I specialize in individual, group, and family therapy.
My approach to therapy is from humanistic experience. Each person has their own life experience and has a right to live life in their own way. My goal is to gently assist moving through any emotional discomfort to healing and change. We will work together to navigate the challenges or obstacles that may be in your way to healing and change. I will be fully present while each step is taken with purpose and intent towards healing.
My therapeutic experience is diverse. I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with many different populations over the years. For 30 years, I have worked with children and teens with emotional and behavioral disturbances, autism, as well as those diagnosed with mental illnesses. For 25 years, I have worked with adults overcoming drug and/or alcohol addiction, victims of domestic violence, and adults with diagnosed mental illness. For 10 years, I have performed executive and professional coaching.
I look forward to working with you to navigate whatever difficulties you are facing at this time.
Hello, I am Jennifer. I am a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting people of all ages through various transitions and challenges. I offer a unique approach to mental health that integrates clinical therapy with moderate physical exercise in the great outdoors. I focus on helping people with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress/burnout, infertility and alcohol misuse while increasing nourishing habits such as exercise, sleep, nutrition, and other practices that reduce symptoms and calm the nervous system.
Have you ever wished you could get in-person therapy without having to sit in an office with the therapist? Do you feel too busy to schedule both therapy and exercise into one day and wish the two could be combined? If so, then "walk and talk" could be a good fit for you. I offer the opportunity to receive counseling or coaching while outside in nature and moving your body. Research demonstrates that both exercise and spending time outdoors in sunlight and green spaces provides a reduction in symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and stress while improving mood overall. My unique "walk and talk" method addresses all three aspects of healing and growth: physical, psychological, and spiritual.
Have you found yourself wondering if you are drinking too much and/or too often? Are you tired of experiencing low energy, anxiety, depression, disrupted sleep, sugar cravings, etc. and you wish you had a coach to support you as you navigate a new way of living alcohol free? If you are sober curious, I am here to help!

My name is Nathan Taylor and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look over my profile and to learn a little about me as a therapist. Choosing a therapist can be challenging (and maybe even more than a little anxiety provoking!) and it is important to take the time to find someone that you feel may be a good fit to work with towards helping you achieve your goals in therapy. With that in mind, I wanted to share a little about myself and my own path as a therapist. Should you feel like we may be a good fit, I genuinely look forward to meeting and hopefully working with you.
Each of our own personal experiences, dreams, goals, hopes, and needs, both in life and in therapy are unique and individual. You may know exactly what those are for you, or you may feel like you are lost and overwhelmed. Either way, my role is to help you along your own path. To help define what you are struggling with and to take the steps that are needed to work through those struggles and challenges. Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, know that it can be an incredibly valuable tool towards finding what it is that you are looking for.
I’ve been in the mental health field in one way or another for well over 20 years, working with children, families, couples, and adults, both in the public sector and in private practice. While I started my career working with children in group homes, foster care, and in the legal system, my passion as a therapist has taken me in many directions. I’ve worked for many years as both a clinical supervisor for new and learning therapists and as an upper-level manager/administrator in the public mental health sector. Most recently, in addition to my work in private practice I ran several types of community mental health programs, both outpatient and inpatient, for a large behavioral health company providing mental healthcare to adults. I became a licensed therapist in 2008, yet I’m constantly learning, growing, and developing every day in order to become the best therapist that I can be. It’s my belief that it is an honor and privilege to work with people as a therapist to help each person in the way that they need.
Over the years, I’ve received several advanced trainings and certifications that I’ve pursued to obtain the skill sets needed to specialize in a few areas that I believe are tremendously effective and helpful to those I work with. I’ve found that EMDR, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, and Hypnotherapy are the types of therapy work and interventions that are not only backed by research as highly effective, but also really resonate with those that I work with. As with anything in therapy, there is no one-size fits all approach, and I find it most valuable to help create a treatment approach in complete collaboration with you.
As an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) trained therapist, I've found this evidenced-based approach to therapy to be particularly effective with people for a wide variety of reasons, and as such EMDR is my current primary specialty. As EMDR therapy has gained a significant amount of positive attention lately, this may be something you're familiar with, heard about and would like to know more, or it's all together new to you. I'd be more than happy to share additional information with you about EMDR should you be interested in learning more.
Again, thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me. You’ve found the courage to get this far, let’s see how much further we can get together!
I earned my doctorate and post-graduate master's degrees in psychology and my master's degree in counseling from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. Professionally, I retired from the United States Air Force as a senior non-commissioned officer, and since retiring, have worked in several different behavioral health settings. In addition to my private practice, I am a graduate-level adjunct professor of counseling psychology.

I like to help people, whether that be with anxiety, depression, trauma, or neurodiversity. Let's work together to move towards your goals. I've worked in a variety of settings through my career, which has allowed me to help people with wide range of needs and diagnoses. Whether you're an individual looking to process and meet for talk therapy, or a couple wanting to build communication skills, or someone interested in trying Brainspotting, which a brain-body alternative therapy, let's work together.
Sometimes, as adults, we discover that our ability to make decisions; to love someone; to accept the love of another; to feel peace and inner calm; to find the motivation to accomplish goals; to forgive a betrayal; and to experience self-acceptance and confidence can feel limited, creating distress and discomfort. Thus begins the journey of an examined life. When you explore how you operate, what influences your choices, and what has contributed to your experiences, you begin the process of enriching your internal resources. This expansion of resources broadens your choices and options in life and holds the potential for higher functioning and greater happiness.
As a therapist, I provide a safe, comfortable, and nonjudgmental environment. I am easy to talk to, interactive, respectfully direct, and mindful of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and sexual orientations. I work collaboratively with my clients to set goals and utilize each individual’s strengths and resources, supporting the discovery of an authentic self that experiences life in a richer and more satisfying way.
I feel my primary responsibility as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to foster a calm, safe and trusting environment with all clients through a warm and non-judgmental relationship. Therapy is a “we” program. My former career tracks in communication and education gives me the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and cultures with empathy and support to help you meet your goals.
As a private practice and community mental health therapist, I was able to experience working clinically with children, youth, adults and couples. I use an individually tailored approach to therapy matching the needs of each client in the present moment.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who has practiced for over 9 years. I received my MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. During my training and internships, I worked with a diverse group of clients including teens, young adults, older adults (65+), parents, couples and families. My experience includes treating clients that struggle with depression, anxiety, substance use, LGBTQIA+ issues, aging, family conflicts and life transitions. I help clients gain an understanding of themselves and their situations in order to live more fulfilling lives.
You want to change your feelings, thoughts, or behaviors, but every time you try, it blows up in your face. (Not literally...hopefully.) How do you get unstuck?! The most important factor is the relationship with your therapist. My main focus is teaming up with you - not telling you what to do - to figure out how to help you create new patterns.
My practice mostly revolves around increasing your awareness of what’s happening in your mind and your body – and above all, respecting your experience. My approach focuses on mindfulness, DBT, and post-traumatic growth. This takes work, but with the help of someone you trust, you absolutely can change the structure of your brain!
As much as I may be in the most privileged of demographics (see photo), I’ve taken a lifetime’s worth of feeling inferior and deployed it for good: Being able to empathize with you, the client. I've worked extensively with anger, grief, substance use, LGBTQ+-related issues, insomnia, racial identity, relationship issues, sports performance, etc.
I have an easygoing way of communicating with clients. My communication style definitely doesn't have that solemn, overly serious tone that you might see depicted in movie therapists. Just to forewarn: My sessions can and will include some (very lame) jokes here and there, but that does not mean I don't take your struggle seriously.
Hello! My name is Jessica Canada-Rudolph and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's degree from Alliant University and have been practicing for 5 years. I love what I do! I am here to help with things from decreasing anxiety symptoms to improving communication. As an LMFT, I can be a neutral ear to listen with compassion and help you discover your solutions!
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’m here to help you navigate life’s ups and downs in a way that feels authentic to you. I believe that you are the expert in your own life. No matter what you’re facing, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward the life you want to create, moving at a pace that feels comfortable, so you can rediscover a sense of joy, clarity and strength.
My name is Elizabeth Garcia, and I am a proud first-generation Latina with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. I specialize in working with individuals, families and couples, helping them heal from trauma, navigate parenting and postpartum challenges, manage anxiety and move through life’s many transitions.
I am especially passionate about supporting mothers through the emotional complexities of postpartum, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered during one of the most transformative times in their lives. I also deeply value working with individuals who are actively breaking generational cycles. It’s courageous work, and I’m honored to walk alongside those choosing to create a healed version of themselves and hopeful future for their children.
If you are looking for structured CBT or skills-based homework, I may not be the right fit. Therapy with me involves examining avoidance and ambivalence as they arise (I’ll tend to be more direct with you when emotional or mental patterns like that emerge).
Most people don’t need more advice. They need space to slow down enough to hear what’s actually happening inside them. My work is less about fixing and more about listening; not just to the words, but to what’s underneath them. The pace of our conversations will be different from the rest of your life: slower, steadier, more honest. My goal is to help you come into contact with yourself again, to notice what’s true and what you really want.
Do you feel like you've lost HOPE?! Do you often feel like what's the point? Do you feel like you are just surviving?
HOPE!
HOPE; noun; 1 - A feeling or expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen. 2 - A feeling of trust
HOPE; Verb; Example: - I HOPE therapy helps me and I HOPE I learn the skills I need to move through this experience.
I truly believe as a therapist that hope is the catalyst for change. Hope propels us to keep trying. When we feel stuck due to trauma holding us back, our thought distortions, or our self-sabotaging! HOPE still is present and propelling us to move forward.
I am a firm believer that all mental health disorders' root cause is trauma. This has been widely researched and confirmed. My goal is for us to meet the goals you have for yourself. We will do this by identifying healthy coping skills, becoming aware of the thought distortions we are experiencing, and be able to identify AND work through triggers.
I believe in acknowledging generational curses. Trauma is passed down from generation to generation until a cycle breaker comes along who is willing to put in the hard work to heal themselves and prevent inflicting any more damage to themselves and the future generations to come. I can promise you this work is not easy, life is not easy, we have to pick our hard. Staying where you are is also, HARD. Your healing will be worth it! You are worth it! There is HOPE for a better future for yourself.
My open environment will serve as a safe space for your to process and move through life's challenges.
Let me work alongside you to offer an empathetic, genuine, empowering, and encouraging experience.
LETS WORK!

Therapy with me is about gaining insight, building skills, and creating real, sustainable change.
Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more grounded, more confident in their choices, and better equipped to handle emotions and relationships with clarity and self-trust. My goal is to help you feel less overwhelmed, more connected, and more aligned with the life you want to build.
When life's challenges - work, relationships, money troubles, illness or injury become too much to manage, or when the pain of the past pops up when you least expect it to disrupt sleep, or when daily stressors build up and make it hard to cope, that's when more than a friendly ear is needed. That's when a professional can help you heal the compounding effects of life experiences.
If you are seeking long-term relief from anxiety, trauma, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief or loss, I will help you heal those emotional injuries that compound over a lifetime and make life lose its meaning. And I will empower you to heal the emotional pain that is preventing you from living your best life.
