Seeking therapy can be a daunting experience, but I am glad you are here. I am a strength-based therapist, and I am here to listen and help you navigate your obstacles to reach your desired goals. I specialize in mood disorders and anxiety and use a variety of modalities to fit your specific needs.I use a variety of modalities, as no one size fits all. Some of the modalities I utilize are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing. We will work collaboratively to find the best approach to meet your desired goals.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we will get to know one another and identify what led you to therapy. We will review your background, as well as your goals for therapy. I understand that seeking therapy and finding the right therapist can be daunting, but I hope to build a rapport to create a strong therapeutic alliance with you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I have always wanted to be in a helping field, and my journey to becoming a therapist has been transformative. I began my career working with marginalized populations and have experience in acute and serious mental illness, forensics, as well as outpatient treatment.

My specialty is mood disorders and anxiety, but I also have experience with co-occurring disorders and personality disorders.
