Hi, I’m Yoana Luna, LMFT (#160919), a bilingual Spanish‑English therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families. My approach is warm, person‑centered, and grounded in deep respect for each client’s lived experience.

Much of my work with Latino clients centers on storytelling, where dichos, family roles, respeto, and generational expectations shape how we make meaning of our lives. Craig Steckowski is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based out of California and serves clients in both California and Virginia. He served in the Marine Corps prior to attending Alliant University in Irvine, CA for his therapy Master’s degree. After school, Craig then went on to work in Orange County. He was an advocate with the court system for mental health treatment and rehabilitation from chemical dependency. He also spent some time working for an agency that provided support to the homeless population and later, in a community clinic in New Hampshire where he helped to create services that met the needs of the community.
Each of these experiences helped to shape Craig’s philosophy toward therapy, which is that therapy should be a non-judgemental, welcoming space for his clients to be their unfiltered, authentic selves. “I just truly want therapy to be a place that you look forward to and value,” he wants clients to know. “It’s your space, and nothing you say, do, or experience is going to change my perception of you.”
His main goal as a therapist is to connect with his clients and offer them a place of solid, consistent, and positive support that they can depend on. He prioritizes maintaining a low enough caseload that clients can maintain a regular therapy schedule with him. He also encourages his clients to reach out between sessions if need be. “If you need me to be your hype man and help you through something, I’ll be there.”
In his free time, Craig focuses on doing things that help rejuvenate him which includes spending time outside and quality time with his wife. He also regularly seeks professional support from a trusted mentor in the field to ensure he is practicing mindfully and ethically.

My own background continues to shape the way I approach this work. Growing up in California I often felt caught between two cultures—never quite fitting into either. I approach therapy through a combination of learning skills to work through stress, guiding clients to better understanding themselves, and a space to be heard.
I also am an avid gamer (tabletop and video games), home cook, and runner.
My name is Shant Bardakjian and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Glendale, California. I currently work with adults within the greater Los Angeles area. Currently, I work with clients aged 18 to 64. I am a brainspotting Phase 1 trained therapist, who works with trauma, depression, and anxiety.
My approach to therapy is tailored to the client’s needs. I enter into therapy with whatever you bring into the session. If you need a creative approach to solve your problems, then I would use an eclectic approach with a person centered lens that can be flexible for whatever need is brought into the room.
My communication style is calm and approachable. I would like my clients to feel at ease in sharing whatever is on their heart without fear of judgment.
I decided to become a therapist because I have wanted to help people discover their best selves. I have been drawn to helping people discover their innate ability to heal past whatever is keeping them stuck in life.
My aim is for whoever works with me to be able to define a goal that can be accomplished and for trust to be gradually built within the therapeutic relationship. In this way, the progress that is seen in therapy will in turn translate to improvements in multiple areas of your life.
In our first session together, you can expect the primary focus to be for me to hear your story of what brought you to therapy. The first session is to determine if there is an initial connection and also questions that would enable me to better understand what would work best for you as treatment progresses.
