Welcome to my profile. I am a LCSW and have been providing Mental Health counseling for nearly 26 years. My years of experience include working at a birthing and trauma hospital as well as the Veterans Health Administration. I am here to help You be as healthy as you can be. I offer client centered treatment to help you enhance your quality of life. Over the years I have provided and continue to provide care for people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship discord, PTSD and insomnia. Brief introduction. Client will be provided time to share their reasons for reaching out for services. An intake will be finished in session with the information that was provided before the first session.
One of my passions include treating sleeping disorders which may also include nightmares related to past traumas. The treatment that is offered for these two disorders are called CBT-I and CBT-N. These are very effective treatments that will assist you with improving your sleep and decreasing your nightmares to allow you to have better sleep and improved mood.
