Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist licensed in WA and CA. I received my master's degree in psychology from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. I have been actively practicing with a variety of populations for over 8 years. I use a number of therapeutic modalities based on the needs of my clients. I find that the therapeutic process is journey that I am honored to be on, my objective is to help my clients achieved their desired goals from treatment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will begin with introductions as well explore what is bringing you to therapy. I will also explore some of your personal history and family history. Ultimately I would love to build a rapport with you and leave session with a good understanding of why brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to get from therapy in order to develop a strength based tailored treatment plan to support you achieve your desired outcomes.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with a variety of populations over the course of 8 years and I find the most vital part of the therapeutic process to be the importance of creating a safe place for clients to be their authentic self. I believe the importance of using humor and real life examples to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
