New to Grow
I have a passion for helping people find hope in their most vulnerable moments. I believe everyone has a right to be heard and validated. I use a client-centered, collaborative approach allowing you to discover the barriers that keep you from living your best life. I serve as a guide for you to reach your personal goals. I help clients reach their goals by creating a space where growth feels possible and sustainable. We start with where you are, clarify what you want to change, and work step by step toward it. Whether you're learning new ways to manage ADHD, process trauma, or navigate life's transitions, I focus on building awareness, resilience, and confidence.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, my goal is to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and unhurried. We'll spend time getting to know what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask some questions about your history and current experiences, but there's no pressure to share more than you're ready for.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Clients often describe my therapeutic strengths as open, grounded, and easy to connect with. I bring both empathy and structure to sessions, balancing gentle encouragement with moments of honest reflection. I strive to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore the hard stuff while also discovering new ways to care for yourself.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My ideal client is an adult who is juggling a lot-ork, relationships, or personal goals-and realizes traditional coping isn't enough anymore. They are curious about change, willing to explore new tools and want practical, evidence-based support rather than vague reassurance. Often they are navigating ADHD, trauma, or emotional overwhelm, and are ready to build clearer structure, healthier boundaries, and more steady focus in daily life. They value honesty, growth, and a collaborative partnership with a therapist who listens, questions, and offers concrete strategies rather than one-size-fits-all advice.
Attachment-based
I have been practicing using attachment based methods in my therapy practice for years. I truly believe what happened to us in those very early and formative years, when we were forming our attachments really shape our outcomes later in life. Additionally, I believe that a lot of different mental health conditions/disorders are a result of attachment wounds and attachment disdruptions.
