I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy is both a luxury and a necessity. Therapy saved my life, and it is the honor of my work to offer that same grounded, compassionate space to others. I provide warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed care to couples, families, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is relational, intuitive, and gently direct — creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and meaningfully supported.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we begin exactly where you are. I will take time to understand your history, current challenges, relationships, and goals — but also your values, culture, and the patterns that have shaped you. My approach is structured yet flexible; I balance thoughtful assessment with genuine curiosity. You can expect warmth, presence, and gentle guidance as we begin identifying what meaningful change would look like for you. By the end of our first meeting, you will have a clearer understanding of our direction and how we can work together toward your goals.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out most in my work is my ability to combine deep empathy with strategic clarity. I tailor therapy to the individual, integrating approaches such as CBT, attachment-based therapy, EFCT, Gottman Method, IFS, psychodynamic therapy, somatic work, and trauma-informed care based on what will best serve you. I offer unconditional positive regard while also thoughtfully challenging you to grow. Clients often report reductions in anxiety and depression, deeper trauma integration, and stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I am fully invested in helping you rewrite your story into one of meaning, purpose, and joy.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to support individuals, families, and couples who are motivated to grow — even if they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain where to begin. Many of my clients are high-achieving adults who appear “fine” externally but feel anxious, burned out, disconnected, or weighed down by past experiences. I also work closely with couples and families navigating conflict, intimacy concerns, parenting challenges, divorce transitions, fertility issues, or complex family dynamics. If you are open to insight, ready to engage in the process, and willing to do the work both inside and outside of sessions, we will likely be a strong fit.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

With over 10 years of experience, I use this modality as a way to help clients address anxiety, depression, phobias, unhealthy habits, and other debilitating factors. This is a hand-on, homework-oriented approach that fosters measurable and meaningful improvements.

Couples Counseling

I'm an experienced couples counselor, utilizing best-evidence modalities including Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, and active listening / communication skills techniques.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I am naturally curious about cultures other than my own and practice cultural humility. Culture is a strength upon which mental health can thrive.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I'm an experienced provider of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat borderline personality disorder, chronic suicidal behaviors, self-harm, intense emotional dysregulation, anxiety and mood disorders, eating disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD. This modality uses mindfulness and distress tolerance techniques to increase emotional self-regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.

Family Therapy

I've worked with families for over a decade and am passionate about helping families to strengthen their bonds, break negative and harmful cycles, communicate effectively, heal old wounds, and learn to repair future ruptures in a positive and satisfying manner.
