Hello community, I’d like to introduce myself. I’m a California-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with six years of experience providing mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve worked in healthcare settings where I developed strong skills as both a therapist and clinical social worker. My approach emphasizes treating the whole person, recognizing how emotional, social, and environmental factors all play an important role in mental health and well-being. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where individuals can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I’m passionate about supporting individuals through complex life experiences and helping them feel seen, understood, and empowered in their healing process.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know each other and start building a comfortable, trusting therapeutic relationship. We’ll spend time talking about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get out of the process. During this session, I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and the areas of your life where you may be seeking support. This helps us begin to identify your therapy goals and what meaningful change might look like for you. The first session is also a space for you to ask questions, share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and gain a sense of how therapy with me might feel. Together, we’ll begin clarifying how therapy can best support you moving forward. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered as we begin this work together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard. I value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and authenticity. I strive to meet each person where they are, recognizing that every individual’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. By taking the time to understand the whole person—their history, strengths, and current circumstances—I work collaboratively with clients to help them gain insight, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. My approach is compassionate, patient, and grounded in respect for each client’s pace and personal journey.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m currently accepting referrals for transitional-aged youth and adults who are navigating complex emotional and life challenges. My work focuses on supporting individuals with trauma histories, particularly those who may also be experiencing personality-related difficulties or co-occurring conditions, including substance use. I strive to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their experiences, strengthen self-understanding, and work toward healthier relationships and coping strategies. If you know someone who might benefit from this kind of support, feel free to reach out or share this post. I’m happy to connect and discuss whether therapy could be a good fit.
