I’m Arturo, and I’m honored you’re here. My work as a therapist is grounded in resilience, compassion, and deep respect for the courage it takes to ask for support. After 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, including combat deployments, I transitioned into clinical work, earning a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (MFT) from Pepperdine University.
For the past four years, I’ve worked with underrepresented communities, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and major life transitions. I’m especially committed to creating a safe, confidential space where men can speak openly—man to man—about the challenges we often carry silently. I also work with couples using Gottman‑informed approaches to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional relief, or stronger relationships, I offer practical tools, steady support, and a collaborative path toward healing and meaningful change.
I am passionate about providing IFS and EMDR therapies to queer and trans people. Serving my community as a queer therapist is one of my main life purposes. I do this work because I am committed to liberation for all people. I believe that none of us are free until ALL of us are free, and I bring a queer and intersectional lens to my work. As survivor of religious trauma and Intimate Partner Violence, I specialize in helping clients find and trust their own intuition. Sometimes my clients love to use tarot or astrology as a framework to discuss their development; I welcome alternative spiritual practices!
Does life keep lifing? Every time you get up, another barrier is presented. I can help you obtain your resilience and confidence to handle anything that comes your way. I can help you increase your self-esteem and your voice, and start healing from your past so that you can show up as your best self... Becoming unstoppable!

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals experiencing a wide range of psychosocial and behavioral health challenges, including individuals with disabilities, mental health and co-occurring disorders, housing instability, incarceration histories, and those navigating the challenges associated with aging. My clinical experience encompasses working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing mild to severe mental health concerns.

Hi, I’m Daniela Rivas, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I provide a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space for individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
I have specialized experience supporting women during the perinatal and postpartum periods, helping clients navigate the emotional changes, challenges, and transitions that can come with pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood.
My approach is collaborative and practical, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected. You don’t have to navigate this chapter alone—I’m here to support you.
Emotions are the language of energy. In this language, there are critical messages to be understood. Emotions communicate what your needs are. Your mind translates this information so that needs can be met. Sometimes, it feels unsafe to acknowledge your emotions so the intellect, instead, pushes emotions down. With emotions silenced, you become deprived of connection to yourself, to others and needs go unmet. In this deprivation, you also lose authenticity. The call to acknowledgement returns, again and again, louder and louder.
We can collaborate together to learn this language and to recover the gold of your authentic self. Its already there, where it has always been. Who you really are is full of potential, courageous, confident and quite worthy of connection. When you know this, there is an energy that arises as well. A motivation for action.
Wherever you are at on this journey, is where I want to meet you. What a victory that you have already taken the brave step of searching for a therapist. Celebrate that. Perhaps the next movement is to reach out. We can explore next incremental steps from there.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice in the Inland Empire area since 2014. I believe real change is a gradual evolution (hence my practice name Gentle Evolutions), and there are often many stops along the way. I bring a lot of warmth and genuine curiosity to that process, while also keeping sessions rooted in your therapy goals. I acknowledge the vulnerability that comes with sharing your story and identity with others and aim to create a space where you feel able to share 100% of what is coming to your mind. I provide stability for clients through the difficult times and ensure that we also celebrate the small successes in the therapeutic space.

Therapy has changed, and thankfully so. The old idea of spilling your heart out to someone who feels distant, judgmental, or out of touch does not work anymore. So let’s not do that.
I’m Jessica Milgrome, a licensed mental health clinician with 15 years of experience, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I work with women navigating anxiety, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, burnout, and major life transitions.
My approach is modern, direct, and judgment-free. Therapy with me is a real conversation. No awkward silence. No walking on eggshells. No wondering if you said the wrong thing. We talk openly, focus on what actually helps, and skip techniques that do not fit your real life.
Sessions can be video or phone. If video feels too intense some days, that is okay. Therapy should feel supportive, practical, and human.
To share a bit about myself, I’m a big fan of stand-up comedy because laughing really is life. I look forward to Mondays for Spotify’s Discover Weekly playlists and live by the mantra, “When words fail, let the music speak.” I also share my life with six dogs.
I’m here to help you organize your thoughts, build confidence, set boundaries you can keep, and move forward feeling clearer and more grounded.

I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
Hi, I’m Victoria Elena Lane, an LCSW in California. I provide inclusive, affirming care for Queer, Trans, BIPOC, and Women’s rights communities. Hi, I’m Sandy. I have a passion for working with children and teenagers who are facing challenges in school, dealing with anxiety, depression, anger issues, peer relationships, or family struggles. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. You don’t have to go through this journey alone. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals and explore strategies to help navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m excited to work with you and help you achieve the growth and change you're seeking. I look forward to meeting you!
You're here for a reason. The right fit can change the outcome. Maybe I can help.
Whether it's the same fight on repeat, a habit you can't shake, a loss, or just not feeling like yourself, I invite you to keep reading to learn more about me and my approach.
Maybe your life is working in most of the ways that count—work, relationships, the things you care about—but something keeps getting in the way. The same argument. Anxiety that doesn't match the situation. Shutting down when someone gets close, or blowing up and regretting it later. You might understand exactly what you're doing and still do it anyway. Or maybe something happened, like an affair coming to light, a relationship ending, or losing someone, and the way you've always handled things isn't working anymore.
Therapy with me has direction. We'll know what we're working toward and check in regularly on what's changing and what's still getting in the way. What we work on in session should carry into your life, whether that means noticing a pattern, trying a different response, or having a conversation you've been avoiding.
You'll know you're making progress when you catch a familiar pattern sooner, understand what's happening inside you instead of just reacting, stay steadier in hard conversations, set boundaries and make decisions with less second-guessing, recover from setbacks faster, and handle things on your own that you used to need help with.
Progress doesn't mean you'll never feel anxious, angry, or stuck again. It means you're better at handling it yourself. As that becomes consistent, we'll space sessions out and eventually wrap up. The goal is for you to need me less over time.
Hello there, I’m Lus.
Do you miss feeling like yourself? Does it feel like you are going around in circles with the same problems yet can’t seem to find a permanent solution? I can help you work through major life transitions (newly married, becoming a parent, empty nester, starting school, grief, becoming ill, divorce, etc.) getting to the root of the problem and developing cognitive behavioral techniques that will get you back to stability. Obtaining therapy services can be intimidating but I can guarantee you that you are making the right decision. I possess bilingual abilities (Spanish), if it's your preference. You deserve your own space to heal and evolve. During our sessions, you will have a safe space where I will meet you with empathy and evidence-based practice. Let me help you.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and culturally responsive, integrating evidence-based practices with deeper insight-oriented work. I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting change. Through therapy, clients often gain greater clarity, stronger coping skills, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of direction and connection in their lives.
Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my master's in 2014 and have been practicing for 11 years. I help adults manage their stressors in life and help them reduce their symptoms to be successful in their own life. I have experience working with children from 4 years old to older adults of the age of 80 years old.
My practice is focused on a client-centered, humanistic approach that encompasses the treatment of individuals as a whole person. My approach offers a calming and non-judgemental environment to allow the space to explore different pathways to healing. I integrate interventions from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral therapy, mindfulness and person-centered therapy as well as solution-focused therapy. I try to empower clients to draw on natural strengths for motivation and to develop resilience towards change so that they can continue to grow and heal. I focus on replacing negative coping skills with healthy stress management so that my clients can feel empowered, embrace change and lead fulfilling lives.
You don’t have to carry this alone. I’m a California-licensed therapist who supports adolescents, young adults, women, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds through stress, relationship dynamics, family conflicts, and trauma recovery. Whether you’re juggling academic pressure, caregiving, career pivots, or the weight of old wounds, I offer a steady, nonjudgmental presence. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive—I honor the identities, histories, and values that shape who you are, and I approach our work with curiosity, humility, and respect.
My work centers queer/trans, BIPOC, chronically ill or disabled, and other multiply marginalized clients navigating individual, interpersonal, and intergenerational trauma shaped by systemic violence and survival within inequitable conditions. I am deeply inspired by Black feminist sci-fi writer Octavia E. Butler, whose storytelling shaped my belief that healing is a practice of imagining and building ways of living beyond forces that dominate, dehumanize, and disconnect, such as white supremacy, patriarchy, and capitalism. My therapeutic approach is relational and depth-oriented, influenced by abolition and disability justice, which reject punitive mindsets, value every body, and attend to how systemic forces shape our internal worlds, relationships and sense of self.
I seek to support this work by gently uncovering coping strategies that were once necessary for survival but may no longer align with who you are becoming or how you want to relate to yourself and others. This approach resonates with people seeking honest self-reflection, emotional accountability, ongoing exploration and deeper self-understanding.
I’m Tammy Gold, LCSW, an author, therapist, and nationally featured parenting and family therapy expert who created the Care Map Method™. I help adults, couples, parents, and families feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My sessions offer no judgment, stress, or shame—just positive support, clinical insight, and practical solutions to better understand emotions, behavior, relationships, parenting stress, divorce conflict, and family communication. My goal is for clients to leave each session feeling better, less alone, and supported by someone in their corner helping them understand and advocate for their needs.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Southern California. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cal State University Northridge. I have a extensive history with over 15 years of experience working with adults 18 and over with various mental health diagnoses. My approach to therapy is a warm, collaborative style rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and strengths-based practices. I like to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to have a place to express their thoughts and feelings.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I am experienced in working with ages three through the elderly. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.
Welcome! I’m Jen Rosen, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in California. I believe that therapy can be a wonderful tool to promote this self-exploration, healing and growth and I hope to help you in this process. I believe it is my calling in life to help people who are struggling to instead live happy and fulfilling lives. My style is open, direct and at times, eclectic. I provide a warm, safe environment to discuss concerns and challenges.

My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.
It is my joy to help Anyone who is struggling with feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as stress, with poor self-esteem and relationship difficulties. I have been in practice for 30 years, and support clients in gaining skills to help themselves to quickly feel better. I also help teens ang young adults who are depressed and anxious. Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.
Hello I am a dedicated therapist who graduated from Antioch University in 2012 . I have worked at Las Encinas Hospital for 11 years before working for online platforms. I am committed to providing therapy to motivated individuals and couples. I provide a safe space for clients to share with me and we work together to achieve therapeutic goals. I enjoy helping clients discover coping skills which will make their life easier and more enjoyable. I enjoy working with anxiety, OCD, depression ,trauma, and substance abuse.
I’m a relational therapist who works with adults seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
I am in-network with Aetna and Kaiser
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
I'm Tobey Allen, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience walking alongside through life's biggest transitions. My own path has included more than one reinvention, from a career in graphic design to becoming an art therapist, and that experience shapes how I support clients navigating change today.
Whether you're facing a career shift, caring for aging parents, adjusting to chronic pain or illness, or working through grief, I bring both clinical training and lived experience reinventing my own path. I also spent years as a bereavement therapist in hospice care, so I understand grief deeply, both as a clinician and as someone who has sat with families through some of their hardest moments.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and genuinely non-judgmental. Together we'll work to uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, whether in relationships, at work, within yourself, and build toward a life that feels more balanced and true to who you are.

I also see clients face to face every other Saturday in my Vacaville office. Before I can schedule you for an "in-person" visit, I must meet you a few times on video to learn of your issues and determine whether I am the appropriate therapist. I also do EMDR therapy using tapping or hand held tappers This great intervention can be used on video or in-person. Please give me a call so we can begin to explore the path ahead.

Hi. I'm Jasmine, I'm a LMFT. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University in 2008. My goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
Are you feeling stuck and unable to move forward? Are you ready to make a change? It takes courage to ask for help. Therapy can be rewarding and lead to a lifetime of fulfillment. I have experienced the emotional challenges of life and can understand and empathize. In working together, we can cultivate growth by understanding the obstacles that you face and developing solutions that can help you gain control over your life and achieve your goals. Ultimately, therapy can lead you to greater self-esteem, self-awareness and most importantly, a more fulfilling life.
As your therapist, I will provide a safe, caring, non-judgmental and confidential environment. I use an integrated approach to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients. I have experience working with adults, couples, teens and children
