Life stressors can make us feel overwhelmed, lost, and unable to focus on our goals. Allow me to walk with you on a journey of healing, empowerment, and self-improvement. My therapeutic approach is warm, engaging, creative, and inclusive of all people. I am a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Pepperdine University and have a master’s degree in clinical psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. My passion is to help connect others to themselves, families, and loved ones. Together we will discover your inner tools and overcome challenges.
In our first session, we will start a brief introduction, and then dive into specific challenges you're experiencing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through.
My greatest strength as a therapist is being able to provide a safe, empathetic, and warm environment. I have 8 years of experience working with individuals from different backgrounds. I tailored a treatment plan to help meet the needs of my clients and work with them to make progress on goals.
I have experience providing services to individuals, families, and the LGBTQIA community. The areas I have treated have been anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions/stressors, grief, inner conflict, issues related to masculinity, immigration, self-esteem, and challenges in relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize CBT to help clients find tools for their presenting problems. I incorporate mindfulness techniques that help reduce symptoms.
