About me

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in California. I have a full-time job as a Clinical Program Manager overseeing three intensive programs and supervising supervisors in a non-profit agency. I have always had a deep passion and commitment to therapy, which is why I decided to do private practice. I am honored that my clients allow me to be a part of their journey as we work together to accomplish their mental health goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first couple of sessions I like to complete an assessment to better understand you, your upbringing and current hardships/struggles. Following the assessment, we set up treatment goals, which is just going to be our roadmap to help lead us in treatment (this can change and is flexible based on your need).

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strength and promise to you is that we will create a safe space and judgment free zone in our therapeutic space. I would like to take the time with you to build a trusting relationship and a strong therapeutic alliance. In session, we work together to ensure you are getting what you need out of treatment, at times, I may push you out of your comfort zone, however, we do this when you are ready, have coping skills, and I will always be there to guide you through it. My goal is to remind you that I am there every step of the way and you are never alone.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Taking the first steps to better your mental health is admirable. with that being said, congratulations on taking your first step to increase your mental and emotional well-being. I thank you for considering and trusting me to be your therapist, where you can show up to be your true authentic self. I work with clients (adults, children and adolescents) who struggle with things such as, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, struggles with autism, marital concerns, peer pressure, family dynamic/conflicts, etc.
