I teach mindfulness and CBT techniques to manage anxiety and depressed mood. I am trained in EMDR therapy. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional who helps clients to cope with past trauma experiences that may be causing emotional distress. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you learn to take those unhelpful thoughts and reframe them into rational thoughts that will help you feel empowered, motivated, and confident in reaching your goals.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. This is a therapy that will help you move through trauma and decrease trauma triggers. I also like to utilize EMDR with other interventions to provide you with alternative ways to help you meet your goals and feel better.
I provide Hypnotherapy to help you change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Hypnotherapy works to communicate your goals at a subconscious level. I provide additional skills to manage stress in between sessions.
I integrate mindfulness techniques to help you decrease symptoms of anxiety and depression. Mindfulness is a helpful technique to practice feeling grounded and to remain in present moment.
