Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania. I have been practicing for 12 years. I help children and young adults struggling with depression and anxiety learn effective coping strategies so that they can become the best versions of themselves. I strive to utilize a multidimensional approach to therapy, exploring each individual's biological, psychological, social and spiritual needs. I desire to come along side others to assist them in healing from trauma, building self-worth, improving communication in their relationships and reaching their goals.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My goal is to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives.
