My roles have included case management, management, and professional counseling. The numerous professional opportunities I have experienced with various populations has allowed me to find a place to dedicate myself to a career of serving exceptional individuals and working with numerous health care providers in the community. My approach is holistic and refers to the whole-person rather than focusing on specific ailments, although topic specific symptoms will also be addressed and discussed as necessary.
In our first session, the focus will aim on keeping light conversation, collecting information, and allowing individuals an opportunity to decide if therapist is the right fit for them. This is a non-pressure, client-paced session to gain insight and learn about concerns that may be affecting client in day to day life.
Meeting individuals where they are at and engaging in client-paced counseling services. Remaining authentic and open while creating a safe environment for individuals to find a better version of themselves.
I am open and willing to work with various individuals from all cultures, genders, and various ethnic backgrounds.

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR’s goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Compared to other therapy methods, EMDR is relatively new. The first clinical trial investigating EMDR was in 1989. Dozens of clinical trials since EMDR’s development show this technique is effective and can help a person faster than many other methods.

From the many sessions that I've had with Kyle, I base my interpretations upon him. Because he acts like a real human being. He doesn't try to put labels on anybody he's very intelligent, he's very open-minded, and he challenges me at every session, but in a good way. And he gives me information, uh, to look in other directions that might help. Uh, my psychological issues and provides me with a better way to handle situations. He's just a real person and very genuine. I enjoy his sessions
